I cannot recommend this place enough! The hosts alone are reason enough to stay at this beautiful Riad. Didier and Océane, are absolutely amazing. The service has been impeccable from the moment I made my reservation. Océane kindly offered to help us organise excursions and was more than happy to recommend places to visit based on our interests. Didier was also very accommodating of any requests we had from helping us arrange airport transfers to holding our luggage until it was time for us to go back home. Both Didier and Océane have been extremely responsive, friendly and made us feel very reassured that we would be well looked after during our stay. We were very much looking forward to it until we heard the unfortunate news of the earthquake. Despite going through this difficult time, Didier and Océane kindly made an exception for us and issued us a full refund. They also reassured us that they were happy to host us when we were ready to visit Marrakech. Didier and Océane are such lovely hosts, we can't wait to eventually stay with them when we do decide to visit Marrakech. Once again, I cannot recommend them and their beautiful Riad enough!!

Dates of visits: 18th August to 25th August.

The Riad gave a aesthetic and authenticity of true moroccon depiction. With a beautiful pool in the centre and 4 rooms consisting with different themes (marroc, Africa, amazon etc), it truly made it a unforgettable experience! Not only location and stay was perfect, but the host: Didier went beyond the capabilities of a average host! With flexible breakfast times, to help with lost luggage, check ins and help with transfers! Didier made the stay an experience, and would recommend to go and visit! 10/10 would definitely come back!

Le Comptoir du Pacha Riad is a hidden gem perfectly located in Marrakech’s Old City. This brand new riad is exquisitely decorated and offers 4 rooms with ensuite baths. Le Comptoir du Pacha is a wonderful zen-like oasis with a quiet ambience that is much needed when taking a break from Marrakech’s exciting but hectic Medina Old City Markets. The full breakfast was delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The internet is excellent and enabled this digital nomad to work between sightseeing. The Riad’s owner Didier is a French expat who offers personalized care to ensure that your visit to Marrakech is unforgettable. He helped us arrange our trip to the High Atlas Mountains and it was great. I highly recommend staying at Le Comptoir du Pacha Riad and I can’t wait to go back !

Beautiful place, ideally located near Bab Doukala. We love it! It's a perfect place in the Medina, great to discover Marrakech and enjoy all the aspect of the city.
