un accueil très chaleureux par le personnel de ce beau riad. Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce lieu , à proximité de tout. Tout était parfait. N'hésitez pas à venir découvrir Marrakech !

Accueil et service au top pour ce Riad au rapport qualité / prix imbattable. Véritable havre de paix au cœur de la Médina. Mention toute particulière pour le personnel qui est vraiment adorable.

Great location, main attractions are walking distance, we enjoyed our walks to the palaces and main square. You get to see more of the beautiful city on your way there.
The riad is in a family friendly neighbourhood with shops nearby.
I must say all the staff were amazing and very helpful. They were attentive and provided excellent customer service. If I ever come back I will happily stay at the same place.
On the first floor it has a great communal area where you can relax. The rooms were kept tidy and cleaned daily.
To the staff, Thank you for your services and making us feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at this riad.

Mañana me marcho del Riad Ain Marrakech, a todos los que leáis esta reseña nos voy a hablar de la ubicación, instalaciones, desayuno, etc.... de este Riad, todo ello EXCELENTE, tal y como podéis leer es todas las reseñas que tienen.
Os voy a hablar de lo que pasó la noche del 9 de septiembre de 2023 cuando sucedió el gran terremoto de Marrakech y de lo que hizo todo el equipo del Riad.
Nos trataron como si fuéramos sus hijos, nos llevaron a un sitio seguro, alejados del caos y de posibles desprendimientos, nos proporcionaron mantas, nórdicos, agua, comida y bebida pero sobre todo, toda la seguridad, comodidad y confianza que se puede proporcionar en un momento así.
MAMA FATIMA, MUSTAPHA, YASSINE y CIRYLL.
Os llevaré siempre en mi corazón, espero volver a veros pronto.
