Leider enttäuscht. Für den vergleichsweise hohen Preis bekommt man ziemlich wenig. Die Betten sind sehr klein, in den Zimmern steht die Luft sehr stark. Es ist trotzdem sehr schön, aber für den Preis bekommt man in Marrakech besseres.

This is by far the most beautiful hostel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the Medina with only a 10-minute walk to Jemaa El-Fna and in just 2 minutes you’re in the hustle of the souks. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and everything was very clean. I looooved the rooftop terrace and will definitely be coming back!

Hotel muy bonito y limpio. Muy cerca del centro. Veníamos recomendados pero ahora lo recomendamos nosotros. 100x100!!! Todos los trabajadores excepcionales muy agradables y resolutivos. La comida super rica y muy bien de precio. Desayuno muy completo.

I would like to provide comprehensive feedback regarding my recent experience at the hostel. Firstly, I must address an incident involving the staff's attitude. I was unjustly accused of theft when I took a splash of milk for my personal tea without having paid for breakfast. Additionally, when I paid for breakfast and attempted to fill my water bottle, I was told to save water for other guests and advised to use tap water, which was implied to be the same as bottled water. I felt compelled to return a new carton of milk. I never imagined that taking a splash of milk in addition to hot water at a hotel would be considered stealing. The implications and inconsistencies were disappointing and reflected poorly on the staff's and establishments attitude towards guests.

Furthermore, I need to address an incident at the front desk which was escalated to the manager. The manager accused me of harassing female guests and using vulgar language with the front desk lady, allegations that were completely false and unwarranted. As a foreign guest, I felt unfairly cornered and deeply uncomfortable by the manager’s approach. Such accusations not only tarnish the hostel's reputation but also create a hostile environment for guests. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly and that future interactions with guests are handled with professionalism, sensitivity, and accuracy.

In the end, the manager expressed regret about the situation and kindly offered a free porter service for my taxi ride, which was a thoughtful gesture.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and hope other guests do have to go through what I just experienced.

The roof terrace and chilling areas are very nice and the sleeping areas clean. The reception staff are the best in Marrakesh in our opinion, specially Ahmed. They are friendly and gave us all the advice we needed for our stay there. Will book private room for more comfort next time.

One of the nicest hostels I stayed in. Booked the transfer from airport to the hostel. The last bit to hostel you need to walk. Someone from the hostel is walking with you.
People that are working there are all really sweet and helpful.
Rooms where very nice.
They where also very helpful with informatie about flying back. At the airport in Marrakesh you need your boarding pass printed out when you arrive at the airport. At the reception they printed it out for me.
When I come back to Marrakesh I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a weekend in Marrakech

Riad incroyable ! Les chambres sont à des prix raisonnables, le staff est très sympa et à répondu à chacune de nos demandes, les chambres comportent le nécessaire ! La piscine est petite mais suffisante ! J’ai adoré mon séjour, je recommande à 100% !!!

Amazing hostel with a simple breakfast, but a nice bar, Swimmingpool and a great rooftop terrace. Also the location was perfect in the middle of the center.

My second stay at Central House and it's honestly one of the best hostels I've stayed at. Location, cleanliness, facilities are fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly.

They've now got a rooftop bar in addition to the one in the main courtyard where you can buy food/ drinks at a reasonable price.

Special shout out to Ahmed, Hamza, Muadh, Salah, Ilham and Nassima (sorry if I missed anyone) who are always on hand to help and made everyone feel super welcome. They're a credit to TCH.

Also, Trivia night was really fun, Hamza makes for a great host :D

Esta bien ubicado dentro de la medina.
Yo no me volvería alojar dentro de la medina, prefiero fuera.

I felt really welcome, save, and comfortable here. The location is amazing because it is right in the medina. The personal is really friendly and helpful!
