I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel, Palais Ronsard in Marrakech, and I feel compelled to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience I had, especially during an unexpected period of illness over Christmas.

From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff, particularly Oumaima in concierge, left an indelible impression. Oumaima went above and beyond, orchestrating every detail of my stay, from airport transfers to organising enchanting activities like hot air balloon rides and a fantastic guided tour of Marrakech. Her genuine kindness and efficiency were unparalleled, turning my concerns about transportation into a seamless and worry-free experience. She is not just exceptional at her job; she is the heartbeat of Palais Ronsard's hospitality.

During my illness, the care extended by the team was nothing short of remarkable. Fatima in the spa provided soothing eucalyptus for my pillow and tissues, offering relief during my head cold. Salim from reception went the extra mile by communicating my condition to Chef Alexandre Thomas, who crafted a beautifully nutritious vegetable soup not found on the menu, a thoughtful and comforting gesture that I very much appreciated.

I must also commend Dounia, Meryem, and Zinedine for their continuous attentiveness, ensuring my well-being whenever Oumaima was unavailable. Whether by the pool or in my room, their gestures, such as delivering honey and lemon, showcased a level of care that surpassed my expectations.

Yassine and Yassime, responsible for breakfast and poolside service, were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Not only did they cater to my needs, but they also surprised me with a personalised touch – a Baileys coffee, a delightful nod to the Irish festive season and a testament to your staff's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and making guests feel at home.

Evenings at Palais Ronsard were made magical by the impeccable turn-down service. Jalil's assistance in lighting the fire in my room created a cozy ambiance, especially appreciated during my moments of discomfort. Zine-Eddine's swift and friendly room service made evenings effortless and enjoyable leaving you to completely relax in the surroundings of my stunning suite.

Chef Alexandre Thomas's culinary artistry in the evenings deserves special mention. The inspired fusion of traditional Moroccan cuisine, Mediterranean specialties, and flavors from distant lands created a dining experience beyond compare. Each dish was a masterpiece, a testament to Chef Thomas's dedication to showcasing the best of nature and the seasons. The dining experience at Palais Ronsard is a celebration of taste and a journey through diverse culinary landscapes and even though I had gone out to dinner several times during my stay, my dinners in the hotel were some of my favourite meals.

In essence, the exceptional service provided by the team at Palais Ronsard transformed what could have been an uncomfortable stay into a truly memorable one. The attention to detail, personalised care, and unwavering dedication to guest well-being made Palais Ronsard feel like a home away from home. It never felt forced or disingenuous, just always sincere and an obvious desire to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous world-class establishments, I can confidently say that Palais Ronsard has surpassed them all, leaving an indelible mark on my heart.
