5 jours au top dans un cadre exceptionnel, dans le centre de Marrakech. Le personnel est au top, il est possible de manger un couscous sur place fait par Mohamed qui est juste délicieux. Mohamed est d'autant plus très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider afin de régler les moindres problèmes pour que le séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Je recommande !

Not what it was. We stayed here a few years back, it was still owner run, super friendly and well taken care of.
Now, you get received by someone who keeps telling you “not my business “ when you have some requests. We had two rooms, both smelled from bathrooms, water wasn’t running off shower. Place has come into years in terms of rooms and effort on keeping a nice atmosphere and service.

Definitely not recommended anymore

La llegada fue un poco caos ya que no vinieron a recogernos como habíamos quedado. Por lo demás, la habitación es amplia y el baño muy original. Nos trataron muy bien en momentos como el desayuno. La única pega que se escuchaban demasiado el resto de habitaciones, las puertas no cierran del todo.

El sitio es muy bonito y bien ubicado pero la encargada te hace sentir mal, no deja disfrutar de las instalaciones. No se puede disfrutar de la terraza. Las TV no funcionan, alguna habitación no tiene secador... Y te cobran suplemento si pagas con tarjeta (sin avisar cuando reservas)...
