The rooms are nice ????, only one elevator though working had to wait fifteen twenty mins to go up and down . It's better to take cabs in the night to got to centre cause bus and trams don't have much frequency

*let's see if they can give the courtesy of a reply and address these massive issues* Management CLEARLY HAVE STOPPED CARING FOR THEIR GUESTS. Now I don't care if it costs 20 euros or 220 euros. Guests deserve a basic standard of hygiene, respect and efficiency. Enjoy your 1hr+ 2pm check in with a gruff inexperienced staff member. Enjoy a filthy toilet and spit and feces on the walls. Enjoy your keycard never working. Enjoy the broken lifts. All
Toilets stink and are full of human waste. Sink in room Leaks into a bin. Enjoy the beer garden that isn't open and becomes a trash pit full of filthy cigarette smoke and children enjoying their first beer. So so so bad. There's no excuse for the level of contempt and a lack of any professionalism here. There is no love humour or hospitality here. Awful place to stay and work I'd imagine. SORT YOUR feces OUT! ????

Leider keine gute Erfahrung. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Am Tag unserer Anreise wurde vor Ort festgestellt, dass es eine Überbuchung für unseren Buchungszeitraum gab und dementsprechend im Hotel keine Zimmer mehr frei waren. Es wurde sich zwar darum bemüht, Alternativen zu finden. Letztendlich wurden wir jedoch in zwei unterschiedlichen Hotels, die ca. 6 km voneinander entfernt lagen, untergebracht. In meinem Fall wurde zudem nicht anerkannt, dass ich das Frühstück bei meiner Buchung bereits bezahlt hatte. Darüber hinaus warte ich trotz drei E-Mails und einigen erfolglosen Anrufen bereits seit über sechs (!) Wochen auf die Ausstellung der entsprechenden Rechnungen, die ich für meine Abrechnungen benötige.

the rooms smell strongly like cigarettes
bed uncomfortable
linens too small. i am 1.80 and they were too small for me
the hostel is right next to the s bahn, which is convenient, but very noisy next to train
the hostel is apparently constalty full of schooltrips with young kids screaming 24/7
the bathrooms are pretty gross
i wish i would have read the google review beforehand. if you see the hostel’s replies they clearly don’t care at all and send a generic message with just chaning it with your name
the beds seem like they have bedbugs
doors suck and don’t close properly so you have to slam it. basically all day non stop people are slamming the doors which is super loud and annoying
