Entgegen der Angaben in Buchungsportalen ist die Rezeption nur eingeschränkt von 7:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt. Die Dame sprach nur Englisch und Ungarisch. Zum Glück kann ich Englisch. Das Restaurant und die Bar gibt es nicht mehr. Die Stadardzimmer sind kleine Apartments mit Doppelbett und Appartmentküche. Sie sind sehr ansprechend. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Alexanderplatzes. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist Top.

I used to travel regularly to this hotel for both business and leisure, however it is now a real disappointment. The hotel is falling apart, there are no facilities, restauration or services. The room and hallway is very dated. It looks like there is no care given to the hotel anymore and it is about to close permanently. Still the price charged is at 4* level…. I booked 2 nights there but I felt very uncomfortable and left the room the same evening. I do not recommend.
