One of the worst hotels I've ever been

As we got a message we got an “upgrade”, we got so happy. Although we reserved the superior rooms: The rooms were nice but super hot, AC didn’t work and here was absolutely little to no wifi signal in my room, in the 4th floor as well, not in my phone, laptop or tablet. View was inexistent. I am still figuring out what type of upgrade was that or how bad the superior rooms we got were. Breakfast and parking was expensive, as it was very complicated to park in and out, instead of being able to purchase a 4 days ticket in and out, we had to pay every time we got in and got out 25 euros per day. Besides if you park as a hotel guest, there is no door for you to open from the back with your hotel key, you have to go around the whole block to get in from the other side using your hotel key. That is like a 10 min walk. The Restaurant is not available all the time during the day for late lunch. Overall I am not satisfied with my experience.

Sehr schöne, moderne und geräumige Zimmer. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man checkt digital ein und aus. Zu der Zeit als wir da waren, fand dort eine große LGBT Veranstaltung statt. Ich finde, dass das Hotel im Vorfeld darüber informieren soll.
Sonst liegt das Hotel recht zentral. Man ist sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Unser zweites Mal hier. Der Self-checkin ist leider immer noch nervig langwierig, das können andere besser. Zimmer aber top und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und sauber.
Petit déjeuner très sympa
Les ascenseurs c’est compliqué quand on est au 6ème étage;
Restauration possible et très bien focacchia très bonne;
Je reviendrai sûrement dans cet hôtel si je reviens à Berlin ;
