Worst service I have experienced to date. The fact that these chains occupy a grey area between hotel and services appartment is often used to their advantage as they are not accommodating in the least. Extremely inflexible when it comes to any requests and guests are expected to wait on service staff if anything is required (and they work very odd hours).
Also Numa advertises themselves as a hub for digital nomads but will provide minimum detail regarding their internet services and will not give you access to a modem. They are extremely unreasonable in their prices as an appartment I stayed in went from being 2k to 10k the next month and their facilities are beginning to show wear.
Whats most concerning is the security - I will not go into detail but the way the code systems are set up are not secure and very dangerous. There is also no 24h line as even on the whatsapp you dont know when someone will answer you, so you can easily get locked outside at night.
The only positive was the location and the views from the room. However considering the other experiences, unfortunately my stay was a LOT more stressful than it should have been.

Unfassbar, hatte für heute eine Nacht gebucht, nach vielen gescheiterten Versuchen den Online Check in durchzuführen, wurde mir dann auch noch ein link von dem Hotel gesendet wo ich meine Kreditkarte nochmals verifizieren sollte. Ergebnis der Übernachtungs Preis wurde noch dreimal abgebucht. Gott sei dank wurde dann meine Kreditkarte gesperrt. Kontakt mit dem Hotel so gut wie unmöglich, es meldet sich niemand zurück.

Bruyant, on entend bien le train en face + les vibrations lors du passage du train. C'est IA qui attribue les chambres... question de malchance.
L'agencement de la chambre est mauvaise avec une salle de bain sans porte, ouverte sur la cuisine et le couloir menant aux toilettes ????.
La cuisine n'est pas vraiment fait pour cuisiner. Attention, le déclenchement de l' alarme lors de la cuisson est facile : nos voisins en face a fait venir 2 camions de pompiers + 2 de la police (il y a une affiche annonçant dès le départ :2500 e d'amende)
Sinon, il y a pas mal côtés positifs : très spacieux, propre et hyper bien placé+ proche des transports+ restaurants+ supermarché+ bowling... check in rapide et simple, serviettes à disposition, prix très bon pour son emplacement.

The room was clean and well-designed. Whoever designed this room may also design my house. Definitely staying here the next time when visiting Berlin
