Kleiner Abzug beim Zimmer, da die Straßengeräusche hören konnte.
I just wanna say that the breakfast staff is terrible.
They ask for your room number loud, repeat it even louder with your name so everyone can ear it and have no sense of discretion and respect for a single woman privacy in a hotel. Additionally, I kindly asked for a cappuccino because the machine only has normal milk (which is often a service to make a coffee if the guest asks) and the lady said no; take from the machine while looking at her phone and being rude because I was giving her work.
Then I asked her “why don’t you want to make the cappuccino? “ Even angrier she started making it like a 5y old kid.
Let me mention that the reception staff is kind and nice as well as housekeeping ????????
