Room and location were really good. Unfortunately guest WIFI was not working. But service in the breakfast was really rude. Next time I would book a room here, but without breakfast. Reception was friendly and working well

Very good, visited it during several days and the experience was not bad att all. I'd would say the location also makes it even better with a proximity to the Brandenburg Tor and the German Parliament makes it even better.

Book it if you can afford it while in Berlin.

Die Lage war perfekt für uns. 150 m zum Friedrichstadtpalast zum Besuch der tollen Revue FALLING IN LOVE. Am nächsten Tag zu Fuß zum Fernsehturm. Frühstück. 1.7 km. Die Zimmer waren ok aber für meinen Geschmack etwas steril eingerichtet. Unter gemptlich verstehe ich etwas anderes. Aber übrr Geschmack kann man bekanntlich NICHT streiten. Wenn auch nicht klinisch sauber... aber ein gewisser Renovierungsstau war feststellbar.

A very cozy hotel in walking distance from the central train station as well as the Museuminsel and the Alexanderplatz. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Norvi and Julia. The breakfast was quite good although I could not figure out how to use the juice dispenser. Overall I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars was that the building is quite old and has a weird layout (which seems to be shared with a residential building) and the corridor gave me "haunted" vibes.

für eine nacht war das hotel prima! großes zimmer, gemütliche atmosphäre. ich kann absolut nicht meckern! auch das personal war sehr freundlich.
