Ein schönes Hotel, total zentral gelegen und selbst bei offenem Fenster ganz leise.
Das Frühstück wird sehr individuell zubereitet, das Personal ist super freundlich.
Jederzeit gerne wieder!!

Took a trip here with a friend and the hotel was great! Great location, friendly staff and breakfast options were endless. Definitely will stay again if visiting Berlin.
Had a medical emergency where a q-tip got stuck in my ear, the receptionist got me an appointment within the hour to sort it out. Cannot recommend them enough! Great customer service!!!

This hotel is more a 2-3 stars than a 4. The decoration looks like 70's, the Walls are dirty, there is carpet on the floor which is really non hygienic+ its dirty. The bathroom is terrible, when you shower the water gets everywhere on the toilet/floor because you have only a weird cotton sheet to separate the shower Space. We first got the smallest room ever, dirty Walls, ugly decoration, weird light set impossible to turn on with the old switch... Small shower towels, minibar empty and disconnected (not even a bottle of water). We spoke to the réception and he instantly upgrade Our room for the biggest and the best of the hôtel (which is why i give 2 stars and Not 1)
There is SPA wellness but it was close, anyway it was Looking very bad also
But the room was just Bigger, it was the same catastrophy... We are really disapponted for the Price we payed having 4 stars experience expectations.

The experience overall was ok. However, when I arrived the receptionist couldn't find my booking and initially stated that I had to find somewhere else, after I spoke on the phone with his manager that proposed me to get a room and pay for it. Finally after 1 hour and a half of discussion they gave me a room for the night, which I had to leave first thing in the morning. The next morning when I went downstairs, they said that they found my booking and gave me a new room. In any hotel I've been to, when they create some sort of issues they usually give you a compensation, but in this case nothing. I'm very unhappy about the overall experience.
