The staff members are nothing short of extraordinary, demonstrating unparalleled hospitality and service. The rooms are not only comfortable but also offer a delightful view of the zoo, providing a unique morning spectacle of a lion roaring—a truly memorable experience.
Even when faced with an unforeseen incident involving our dog, who unfortunately had an accident in the room, the staff responded with utmost compassion and understanding, addressing the situation with grace and efficiency.
