Terrible and had to check out hours after arriving. After visiting reception which was basically a closet we were shown to our room, which we were found to be sharing with a homeless man with his possessions scattered across the room. He was seemingly gooning upon our entrance while blasting peculiar videos on his phone with no regard for us. The room also smelled as he had cooked some devilish concoction for dinner. Upon leaving and entering the room 3 times, this man became aggressive, swearing at us for going in and out. His aggression forced us to relocate to the far superior St. Christopher’s inn hostel which I highly recommend u book instead. Do not go near this place.

Horrible experience. The conditions were atrocious. There appeared to be homeless people residing in the hostel and inside the shared kitchen. We were given a shared room with a knife-wielding homeless man who was exceedingly aggressive, causing us to abandon our hostel room and book another. You are much better off staying at St Christopher’s Inn at Rosa Luxembourg Platz. The prices are very similar. We dialed their “emergency number”, but they were of no help. If there was a “0-star” rating, I would give it.

The reception is in what appears to be a broom and toiletries cupboard.. and the kitchens are overrun by what seems to be homeless people that somehow afforded one night and are staying there and are violent. We were posted up in a room with a hallucinogen taking dude that started yelling at us.

Si vous voulez le service d’un hôtel ce n’est pas la bonne adresse. Si vous chercher un endroit simple et efficace c’est ici. Petite cuisine rudimentaire qui vous permettra de vous préparer l’essentiel. Les accros au café doivent amener leur machine. Une petite italienne fait l’affaire. Traverse le parc, tu as 2 épiceries ouvertes tard le soir. 20 min en tram direct de la gare centrale. 50€/nuit en moyenne pour un appartement 3 couchages à Berlin !!! Cherche pas plus loin c’est ici que tu loges. Merci et on reviendra.
