Lovely hotel, very close to the Central railway station. Rooms pleasant, air con not brilliant. Toilet separate from the bathroom so very inconvenient to use the toilet then have to walk through the kitchen area and bedroom to wash hands in bathroom!

Stanze pulite e discretamente grandi. Potrebbero fornire qualche cosa in più, visto che è un aparthotel. La colazione proponeva prodotti freschi, ma mancavano alcuni prodotti ( per esempio le uova o la macedonia di frutta

Hotel très bien situé, a quelques pas du centre commercial La place des halles et a 10 min des vieux quartiers mais un parking avec que quelques places (toutes prises bien entendu) qui coûte 15€ par tranche de 24h, un petit déjeuner en supplément a 12€ (j'ai pris juste un cafe et ils demandent 3€ un peu cher a mon gout pour boire de l'eau) en terrasse dans un bar le cafe est bien moins cher et meilleur. un studio a la moquette et aux draps humide, une piscine qui pourrait etre sympathique mais qui est gelée donc impossible de s'y baigner avec un bébé.
Expérience globale plutôt bien mais je n'y reviendrais pas et ne recommanderais pas non plus.
Ce nest clairement pas un 4 étoiles.

Quite decent hotel, rather outdated for what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Very nice location and welcoming reception.
The rooms are clean. I would just suggest replacing the coffee machine with a capsule model (i was amazed somebody still uses the paper filter type) and maybe a complementary soap for the dishwasher, so we don’t have to buy a full box for a two nights stay.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Mit kompletter Küche! Auch Bügeleisen usw.
Die Matratzen waren schon ein wenig ausgelegen. Das Zimmer insgesamt wird vermutlich in den nächsten Monaten überarbeitet. War aber alles sauber.
Es gab einige aber nicht alle deutschen TV-Sender.

Das Frühstück war gut. Kein Luxus, keine Experimente. Croissants, Schokocroissants, Baguette, Körnerbrot, leckere Salami, sehr gute Putenbrust, guter Formfleischschinken, Trockenfrüchte, Apfel- und O-Saft und weiteres.

Fußläufig erreicht man die schöne Fußgängerzone in 5 Minuten. Ebenso den Hauptbahnhof, viele Geschäfte und die Mall (les Halles).

Das Auto bleibt die ganze Zeit in der Garage. Das Hotel hat wohl nur 9 Plätze. Man kann nicht vorbestellen. Es waren nur 4 weitere Autos in der TG.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellt. Dem kam das Hotel schon nach, allerdings geht das in diesem Hotel nur bedingt WENN man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Zur einen Seite ist die Straße, zur anderen (wie bei uns) der Bahnhof.

Ein Pool ist vorhanden. Wir haben diesen nicht genutzt.

Die Zimmer waren ok. Für deutsche Standards leider etwas drunter.
Waschbecken und die Handtücher waren nicht zu 100% sauber. Das Frühstück fand ich ganz schlimm.

Started to really like these aparthotels. We were only here for one night so did not use any of the facilities. The room (214) was massive with a bath in the bathroom and a separate loo. We managed to get parking onsite and the lift from the car park will take you straight to your floor. The place was very clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and polite.

Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands ????But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. Hotel is gedateerd en zou een opfrisbeurt morgen krijgen. De bedden waren redelijk, voor mij als buikslaper te zacht maar goed dat is niet persoonlijks. Het zwembad is geen plek om gezellig ernaartoe te gaan, het water was super koud terwijl het een binnenzwembad is, de ruimte op zich was steriel het leek net of je in een ziekenhuis zwembad was voor aquatherapie, er waren vier ligstoelen dus als je met 6 personen komt kunnen niet allemaal liggen. Het was wel fijn dat wij onze auto in de parkeergarage mochten parkeren onder het hotel maar dan wel voor een bedrag van €15. Locatie was prima, op loopafstand van het centrum. Onze kamer was aan de straatkant en er was veel geluidsoverlast vanuit de weg, wij konden de ramen niet openhouden vanwege het verkeer en daarom was de kamer best warm aangezien de airco er niet werkte.

spacieux confortable bien situé et en plus petite piscine avec serviettes à disposition|chambre cosy propre super literie|tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine frigo qui permet de conserver des glaces ( grosse chaleur le 2 mai)|et un accueil adorable le personnel est très conciliant

The rooms is OK, but 1 really annoying point : you can't activate the airco. The hotel decides themselves when they will switch from heating to cooling.

We stayed on a sunny and warm 1st of May, and couldn't cool the room. Sleeping in a warm room isn't pleasant.

Making this remark to the reception indeed they confirmed that only the hotel decides when airco can be activivated.

The location is good, close to city center, but very noisy during the night.

Y’a pas des hôtels que celui-là il est tout près de la gare tout près des commerçants et à quelque part du centre-ville. Niveau prix y a pas mieux et en plus de ça le petit déjeuner est servi chaud est parfait il y a même une piscine avec un spa pour se relaxer au niveau de la chambre. Tout est parfait tout est propre, je recommande fortement y’a pas mieux.

I needed somewhere cost effective and close to transport where I could also work before heading out to my flight. The room was spacious, the desk actually a proper depth and more than enough for my laptop and keyboard, and the WiFi stable. All the staff I dealt with (reception and maintenance - a scheduled air filter change/nothing broken) were friendly, helpful, and immediately switched to English. The bathroom seems relatively recently renovated and has a great bath also. While situated in view of the train line, there was absolutely no noise at all getting through the windows. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms either. Just a pity I didn't have time to try the pool!

It was ok to stay there with some friends, we can cook some eggs and instant noodles for breakfast ???? but no soap and some articles to clean the plate ???????? ???? we should pay extra for that. And when we leave the room it must be clean like when we enter the room ????
The room was big enough but out date. The tv was good functioning at the first day but in the next day the remote control was disappear. The bed was uncomfortable sadly. I like the painting on the wall and the view of the street with tram. When you open the window it will be so loud. The reception was so nice and polite but the cleaning service not. Was nice for the young budget travel ???????? the pool was actually ok ????
