Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service! Das Essen wahr ebenso eine 10/10. Der Dessert war äusserst kreativ. Das Ambiente ist sehr heimelig und einladend!

Excellente choucroute, service impeccable, jarret de porc avec munster sur lit de pomme de terre: Une tuerie! Attention c’est copieux! Le dessert : framboise marinées au kirsh, glace vanille et chantilly, vraiment excellent !

Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant pour la deuxième fois consécutivement en 2 ans et nous avons adoré.
Les plats sont très typiques très copieux et très goûtus. Nous y avons passé un excellent moment.

Terrible service, the woman was so rude with a teenager in my table just for being in the phone (translating the menu). She was also rude with everyone, including my mom, who just asked a question. We ended up leaving after they told us everyone had to buy a plate (although two members of my group weren't hungry).

Edit: As a tourist, you want to experience the most out of the cities you visit. That's why when arriving, some of us bought crepes a noticeable pastry from France. At lunchtime, not all were hungry, but still we planned to expend, either in wines or pastries, to pass the time after the main dishes the mayority planned to purchase. The teen wasn't actually hungry but wanted to translate to Spanish the menu for the rest of the members. The waitress wanted the teenager, who had already a menu to pass it to the person next to him. When he didn't notice, however, at the first try, she screamed at him. After that, my mother, who is Latin-American, asked what happened since she didn't understand. The waitress sort of ignored her until finally she answered in a really rude way. It came to the point where her actions ruined the appetite. We didn't intend to enter the restaurant just to use the bathroom or the heating. When we started ordering, just one of us got to say they didn't want to eat, ordering just a lemonade, so it is not that the mayority didn't want to. The waitress told us in an aggressive tone that all of us had to have a main dish, or none of us could.
