Une merveille à Strasbourg. Tout état parfait : le cadre raffiné, le dressage des assiettes, les saveurs, la qualité du vin servi au verre. On touche la perfection. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe et un grand merci pour cette très belle soirée.

Ris de veau was excellent. 5 stars
Other dishes were good to average, i.e. 3-4stars
Cordon bleu was for 3 stars - chewy and flavourless. Therefore weighted average score of 3 stars for the food overall.

春雞小小的大腿上還有一撮雞毛沒有拔乾淨，反應之後除了抱歉外說這是常態XDD。
不過鮭魚很美味，擺盤和使用的餐盤很藝術

À la recherche d’un restaurant pour notre soirée, nous nous arrêtons devant le présentoir pour lire la carte. Nous passons 5 à 10 mn sous les yeux de la serveuse ou de la patronne (on ne le saura pas), qui prend sa pause à 2 m de nous. Elle nous entend forcément faire nos choix à la lecture des plats, et au moment de lui demander une table, elle nous répond : « nous ne sommes pas encore ouverts, et de toute façon, nous sommes complets » avec un petit sourire en coin. Elle aurait pu nous en informer avant sans problème, mais non, cela devait l’amuser de nous voir faire nos choix. Je met rarement de mauvaise note, mais c’est vraiment du f*ut*ge de gu**le, et anti-professionnel.

ein wirklich perfektes Mittagessen! Sehr gutes Essen mit viel Liebe zum Detail, frische Zutaten und liebevolle Zubereitung. Vorspeise Presskopf mit fein geschnittenenem Salat und hervorragender Vinaigratte. Klassisches Gericht, Bouche de la reine, sehr pfiffig gewürzt, saftiges Fleisch, knusprige Pastete. Rochen mit Kapern und Zitrone, sehr gut!
Dessert Dampfnudel karamellisiert, ausreichend für zwei Personen, nicht zu süß. Sehr guter, freundlicher und professioneller Service . Hervorragender Wein, sehr gute Empfehlung zu allen Gerichten. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder!

Great spot for a bite and drink. Stopped in for lunch and sat outside. Great selection of regional wine. Ordered the veggies plate and meat and cheese selection. Also had the puff pastry with veal and vegetables. Everything was delicious and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t memorable. Definitely try the homemade spaetzle! Service was very friendly and helpful and they didn’t mind that we sat for a long time just people watching and enjoying the beautiful day.

I was curious, I made a reservation and against my own expectations got in. I am not qualified to rate the skills of the cook, my first impression from only eating once there probably doesn't matter either. After having said that, in my opinion the food was so delicious, that I chewed slower than normal, to get more flavour from each bite. Time and money well spent.

Great experience! Food is superbe and the restaurant does a great job combing traditional Alsatian style with a modern twist. The wine list is also beautifully equipped with many Alsatian classics, many of them mature. The staff is friendly and can accommodate at least three languages - French, English and German.

Venues pour manger une choucroute à Strasbourg… nous avions pris le soin de lire les avis…. Et nous nous sommes fiées au guide Michelin!! Déception totale!
La choucroute est acide, brutale, les pommes de terre étaient réchauffées? Cuites de la veille? Immondes ! Le tout servi par un personnel désenchanté! À 28 euros la choucroute on aurait espéré mieux! Nous ne nous sommes pas expliquées les commentaires élogieux de nombreux de clients!!! Amis gourmets, cherchez une autre adresse celle ci est désenchantée !!

Great spot. The wine list has plenty of older vintages. The service was excellent. English friendly. My only small complaint was the out of season vegetables being served, but they were perfectly cooked. I will be back.

The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Escargot was perfect. The sauce and the way they served was cool. We really liked Choucroute and cordon bleu. However, fondant chocolate was quite medium.

Sehr gutes traditionelles , aber modern gehaltenes Weinrestaurant. Klassische , rustikale Gerichte auf Top Niveau. Auch viele Franzosen hier.
