On y descend essentiellement pour la localisation, on ne peut plus centrale et idéale.Les chambres de cette petite pension sont propres et fonctionnelles et sont d'un charme tout à fait plaisant, avec une décoration sobre et sans mauvais goût.Les salles de bains ont été refaites dans toutes les chambres.Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander l'une des trois chambres qui disposent d'une terrasse, pour un séjour encore plus agréable ！房间是否恒温。自由选择。Une adresse à l'excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Pour les points positifs :
- emplacement parfait
-environnement parfait
-boutiques et restaurants juste en bas
-assez propre
Points négatifs :
-presque jamais personne à l'accueil
-chambre sans fenêtre donc impossible d'aérer + chaleur (chambre la moins chère)
-nous n'avons jamais trouvé le petit déjeuner
En résumé, pas de mauvaise surprise si vous voulez juste un endroit propre pour dormir c'est parfait .

We recently stayed at this guesthouse and had a very unpleasant experience. The room was poorly ventilated with no window, making it very hot and stuffy even in May. The bathroom was also unclean, with noticeable dirt stains on the floor. The mattresses and pillows were full of dust and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The worst part of our stay was the lack of security. Despite the fact that our room was locked, someone broke in during the night while we were sleeping. We reported the incident to the administration, but they were unresponsive and didn't take any action to ensure our safety. It was clear from reading other reviews that this was not the first time such an incident had occurred at the guesthouse.
We asked for a refund and to leave the property due to safety concerns, but the administration was and still is unresponsive and we had to leave the next morning without any compensation. We even had to pay for another hotel to stay in, adding insult to injury. It is unacceptable that the guesthouse is still in operation despite their poor security measures and lack of responsiveness. I urge everyone to stay away from this guesthouse.

Wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Mitten in der Altstadt.
Zimmer nur ein Fenster in den geschlossenen Flur. Keine Frischluft. Sehr laut und hellhörig. Das furzen im Nachbarzimmer wird wie ein Erdbeben wahr genommen. Um 20 Uhr war kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen mehr da.

Hot water quickly, almost instantly
Negative
A lot of dust accumulated in many parts of the room (I send supporting photos);
There was garbage in one of the drawers;
The bed is too noisy and the mattress is too old;
With the bed and nightstand in their proper places, it is impossible to open the closet drawers, because the door on the right does not open all the way.
The air conditioning is old and cannot cool the room, even if it is turned on all day;
It took a lot of insistence, including calls to the owner of the accommodation and threats to write in the complaints book for the shower to have the support option - otherwise it was necessary to hold it to take a shower;
The shower area is tiny, the curtain in this area is touching us throughout the shower and at the end it is impossible for the bathroom not to be all wet:
There is very poor quality toilet paper and there is only liquid hand soap.
