Jedyny mały minus to strefa SPA i organizacja szatnie.

A lovely place to stop the hotel is excellent

Ein großes, sehr gut gepflegtes Hotel, welches mir für eine Geschäftsreise sehr zugesagt hat.
Sicher auch ein tolles Urlaubshotel für Familien im Sommer. Die große Poolanlage sieht selbst in der Nebensaison sensationell aus.

Vielen Dank nochmal an Michele aus dem Frühstücksservice. Sie und ihre Kollegen/innen machen einen hervorragenden Job.
Das gesamte Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Superbe hôtel
Piscine intérieur chauffée et ouverte 24/24h. Petite mais suffisante pour des enfants ou des jeunes.
Chambres et couloirs propres et bien arrangés. Rien à redire. On reviendra !

Posto magnifico per fare nuove esperienze sui campi da golf limitrofi il periodo era di bassa stagione e quindi soprattutto nella ristorazione a buffet non era il massimo la Spa è meravigliosa

Our stay at the Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa was much more than we could have expected...even with our Diamond status. Although we were only a party of two, we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was spacious and wonderful, but fortunately (or unfortunately) we got along during the entire stay and did not have to enjoy the second bedroom. The Food & Beverage arm of the property should be very proud of its products. Breakfasts daily were well-presented, fresh and offered multiple choices for every pallate. However, the one dinner we enjoyed at their Cilantro Restaurant was without a doubt exemplary. The one suggestion which I offered was that when they serve a gluten-free dish they do not include a fancy decorartion made of gluten! We all had a healthy laugh.

This was indeed a top flight experience and even without playing golf. In fact, we seldom play but chose the Hilton Vilamoura for its seemingly quiet location, relaxed atmosphere and reputation. Although admitedly not inexpensive, one gets what one pays for...and we were totally satisfied. The spa experience was actually a bit of a pleasant surprise. We never before had enjoyed such a facility and at no additional cost due our Diamond status. There are ample attractions in the general Algarve region, but Bruno at the Front Desk was supremely helpful in directing us in the right directions.

Modern, very clean, lovely pools. Staff went above and beyond. We celebrated our 45th anniversary while there, and they surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and sweet treats that were presented beautifully.

Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Suttle service is good even Uber is cheap to go anywhere. However, it only became known when we checked in that the "apartment" and the "hotel" are two separate operations. Even check in are at different locations. I split my group of 16 people into 2 so we can use one of the apartments as a place to hang out. This actually caused great inconvenience - the location was farther than I imagined, the apartment units are much older, and even TV's are much older models. The buffet breakfast serves the same thing every day. The combination of these took away otherwise a 5 star rating.

The Hilton in Vilamoura is a lovely hotel.
The outdoor pool and facilities are excellent.
The spa is especially amazing and a wonderful place to relax. All the staff especially Yuri, Sanda and Sami are very professional and welcoming. They make the clients feel special and cater to their needs. They work very hard to ensure everyone is happy and has a great experience. The sauna and steam room and jacuzzi are fantastic and you feel relaxed and refreshed. The staff make it a joyous time to spend there. Thank you to them all!

The hotel is so big and was lack of staffing maybe because it’s winter time (February). Facilities was not well maintained, a lot of light bulbs in hallway were out. And the swimming pool was hard to find. It’s kind of scary to walk in the hallway at night time. Breakfast was ok. The hotel feels a little outdated. It feels like a four star hotel, not five stars at all. Well it’s cheap anyway, comparing to the price it’s good, you pay what you get. The dinner restaurant was really good! Best food I had during my vacation. The spa place is free for diamond member, I didn’t use but I went for a look. I hope they would have separated male and female, I don’t feel comfortable to sit in a tiny sauna space with men.

Great, relaxing holiday enabled by the Hilton Vilamoura. Felt welcomed, Diamond status recognition was commendable and the rooms, food and facilities were superb. The shuttle bus to the Marina was a definite plus.
All in all, one of the best Hilton resorts around

Muito bom. Quarto espaçoso limpo e muito cómodo. Só acho que pelo preço deviam ter o Spa incluído e não pago à parte.

Péssimo atendimento telefónico no Spa Hilton. Senhor com maus modos.
