Geweldige golflocatie!

Estafadores intentaron hackear nuestros ordenadores a través del wifi. Pasamos 3 días sin que nos arreglaran el aire acondicionado, a pesar de que hacía 30 grados de calor. Además, teníamos una abuela de 93 años con nosotros. La basura de los huéspedes anteriores no fue retirada a pesar de haberlo informado desde el primer día. Debido a todo lo ocurrido, decidimos irnos 3 días antes de lo previsto. Les escribimos pidiendo un reembolso, ya que pagamos alrededor de 400€ por noche, pero ni siquiera respondieron. Quiero compartir esta experiencia para que otros viajeros estén al tanto de lo que ocurrió. Estafadores en toda regla!

Set in the algarve with 2 stunning courses

Nick faldo designed courses varying in difficulty
The O'connor course is flatter and slightly easier than the faldo which has a lot of hill climbs on the back 9
Water, fairway bunkers and thick gorse bushes everywhere on both courses and you will have to be really fit to play theses courses without a buggy. The greens on the O'connor course are the fastest I have ever seen in my 30 years of playing golf with the faldo greens a close second
Please take plenty of spare balls with you OR you can buy used balls off a guy just by the 14th tee on the O'connor course

Really delicious food and a small selection of beer but quite expensive
Good changing/shower rooms

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Faultless golfing holiday from start to finish
All staff speak great English and extremely helpful
Only 1 problem was that we couldn't check in til after 4pm so we got an uber and played vale da pinta 20 minutes away

The staff on the golf course are very unfriendly and don’t make you feel welcome. They also don’t manage to organise the flights, you almost always end up waiting. It took us 6 hours to okay 18 holes
Some things in the rooms could do with sorting out (shower a bit broken, no batteries in remote etc) to make them better but on the whole was very happy with the 2 bed apartment that we had.
It was an enjoyable stay, the staff were all great and really friendly besides one miserable buggy guy and one lady on reception.
Both course are nice but the Faldo is by far the best. It's a challenging course. O'connor, although a lot more hazards than Faldo, is much easier to score around. It's also a bit tattier than Faldo. The tee boxes are worn and pitch mark galore on the greens for example. It's like no one ever repairs their pitch marks on both course to be fair.
I would definitely come back here again.
