All year round there is noise on the hotel territory. It comes from lawn mowing, dust blowing or anything else. Everyday it sounds like a motorbike show or a construction work. No way for guests to relax on the balconies! The management should pay urgent attention to noise management and replace the tools/the approach.

No A/C, no hot water, terrible food, poor customer service. We stayed for four nights in early April. The hotel is nice, but not very functional and the staff is unresponsive. They did fix the hot water issue, but never responded to our multiple requests to fix the broken A/C in our room. We won’t return.

Apesar do contratempo inicial, que foi solucionado pela direcção do hotel, pudemos fazer uma semana excelente de férias. As minhas filhas adoraram, em especial o kids club e o seu staff.
Comida dentro do nível "vila galé".
Alguns aspectos em que ainda podem melhorar, como a temperatura da água da piscina interior.

Um verdadeiro serviço de excelência. Toda a equipa nos fez sentir especiais, com destaque para o Rúben do RS, terapeutas do SPA e gestora, sem esquecer o sr. Diretor que sem dúvida está a fazer a diferença no bem servir deste hotel. Well done a todos.
As an experienced hotel reviewer I have to say this hotel is clearly at the bottom of the breakfast league. The breakfasts are pretty awful and uninspiring with little variety but much worse - they have a policy of not putting any prices on the breakfast menu in your room - and if as I had - you had already paid for breakfast you obviously assume you just pay for room service if you take it in your room. Not at Vile Gale. I found I had been charged an extortionate 36 euros for the same boring spread I got for free in the breakfast buffet. The staff said they would look into giving me a refund but after they got their money there was no further contact from them. Daylight robbery. Unlike the breakfast menu, they do list prices on their laundry list. However this was the only thing they could offer when they told me they did not have an iron to use in the whole hotel.
Update - the response of the "owner" Pedro Monforte which was rather unprofessional was rather than to confirm the staff's original offer of a refund was to offer no response apart from saying this is an isolated experience and to say they look forward to welcoming me back again!! Unlikely after this treatment. An appropriate more favourable response would have elicited a similar response from myself but clearly the management do not understand customer service
