But what you really have to emphasize more positive is that you have a washing machine in the house and there is a small supermarket in the hotel. ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THIS WORLD, would now sell a complete pack of detergent, but not this hotel. They sell individual wash packs at the front desk for 50 cents. This shows that a lot of value is placed on the guests here.

The staff at the resort are great. They very much want to make your stay memorable. We had a few little issues but they all worked out in the end. No complaints about the room or the service. Ample parking, lots of activities. One thing I came to really appreciate is the water dispenser in the lobby that dispenses warm, cold or carbonated water. We had dinner at the resort on the first night after a long day of travel. We appreciated the unique wine selection and tried 'green wine' for the first time. It was lovely. Dinner was satisfactory.
The store in the lobby has a thoughtful assortment of things to help you avoid a trip to the market. We took advantage of the breakfasts if you like fancy coffee, the coffee machine at breakfast makes a nice cappuccino. Also, the assortment in the buffet is quite diverse, something for everyone.
