DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE SPECIFICALLY TRAVELLING WITH KIDS.
This is the worst experience i have ever encountered in a hotel- I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially if they are travelling with a baby. We requested a hot water kettle since we were travelling with a small baby but the hotel management just refused. As per them, they don’t provide this “facility”. I am surprised how come they refuse as this is a basic amenities across all hotel even 1 star hotel. Surprised and amazed - will not ever again book with this chain or hotel and will make sure none of my family / friend book either. Just to add cherry on the top, this hotel is so poorly managed that i got stuck in elevator with my baby. Fortunately, was lucky enough that after 2-3 rounds of up and down, door opened. Pressed the alarm bell, but none from the hotel staff responded.
In summary - not a suitable location if u wish to have a memorable experience.
