Didn't get to experience the hotel. We made a mistake with our dates. When trying to fix it for a whole month, the reservation office promised several times to get back to us but they never did. Kinda pushes us to another place.

Great location and rooms are very nice. Service is what makes this hotel. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Kigali.

An old but very nice hotel! Beautifully decorated with artefacts! The art is just great! A very nice swimming pool and the rooms are good. Food is outstanding! Totally worth your money.

Whenever i travel to Rwanda, i stay at the Hotel Des Mille Collines. To say the least i have stayed there atleast 7 times from 2008 to 2015. The hotel is always impeccably kept, staff is friendly and go above and beyond for customer service. Amakuru Rwanda!
