Sehr schönes Hotel mit herausragender Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Hotelzimmer leider leider mit Fenster zu einer Belüftungseinheit auf dem Dach. Durchgehende Geräuschkulisse bei geöffnetem Fenster und als Alternative eine nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage. Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Abfluss Dusche und Waschbecken waren verstopft.

An amazing hotel in an extremely central position. It is just 10 min from the train station, in front of a tram spot and just behind the DAM! The rooms were beautiful and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful

This is an old building but rooms are neat and tidy. In a great location just off the Dam. Restaurant downstairs is great for people watching if you get a table window.
1)Posizione centralissima 5 minuti a piedi state a piazza Dam.
2) Personale Gentile all’estremo, attento, educato, professionale mai invadente e si vede proprio che lo fanno con amore il proprio lavoro come poche volte ho visto nei miei viaggi in Europa.
3) Camere pulite fin troppo bene per gli standard qualitativi di pulizia che ha Amsterdam che sono medio/bassi.
4) Dopo il check out sono stati proprio loro a proporsi per tenerci i bagagli fino alla partenza ed organizzarci il rientro all’aereoporto.
5) Doccia grande e bagno ottimo.
6) consiglio se avete possibilità di cenare al loro ristorante cibo buonissimo e prezzi anche al di sotto di quello che spendereste ad un ristorante centro Amsterdam.
Lati negativi:
1) Stanza piccola (ma giusta per gli standard di prezzo ad Amsterdam)
2) Sistema di condizionatore da rivedere perché la stanza rimane troppo calda e non a tutti piace lo sbalzo termico tra la temperatura esterna (fredda/piove ad alternanza e vento costante) ed i 23/24 gradi minimi interni.
