Faites fondre vos papilles gustatives

Malgré le fait que nous ayons mangé en extérieur (chance, car nous n’avions pas réservé...plus de place à l’intérieur !) Nous nous sommes régalés!! Du porc pour moi, du bœuf pour mamour...tout était parfaitement cuit!! Les serveurs s’intéressent réellement à votre avis et sont aux petits soins. Certes, plus cher qu’une pizzeria, mais rien de comparable...adresse incontournable à Cagliari!!

Ho avuto il piacere e l'onore di entrare in questo EDEN di Raffinati Sapori...dove educazione..disponibilità...gentilezza.. preparazione.....ed altri punti cardine primeggiano in questo ristorante dove ho gustato le VERE culinarieta' sarde......complimenti al cuoco ed a Gianni......suggerisco di entrare e scoprire le preziose arti che si svolgono in cucina......grazie..grazie....grazie...e grazie ancora ed a ben rivederci

Sa Domu Sarda
An inviting and cozy small restaurant, which was already full at 20:00, so believe walking in during high season is not recommended. The menu comes via a QR code, in Italian as well in English, and with clear food images. Good choice of local specialties … service very attentive and friendly. The breadbasket ( olive oil dipped and slightly grilled) with the hot cauliflower dip was a first great impression !
We ordered Mille Feuille, braised pork neck, lamb stew, special Sardegna pasta, mixed veggies and roasted potatoes with a bottle of Monte Santu. Each dish was delicious, very well presented and served rapidly. Nice ending with an orgasm(ique) Tiramisu, and Sardinia’s digestive: Mirto, a fabulous blueberry based liquor, ideal for digestion.
Overall very nice experience, and finished with a bill of 135 EURO.

Nel centro di Cagliari, ottimo ristorante dove la tradizione della cucina sarda è messa in risalto. Locale accogliente, decorato con stile sardo. Cucina ottima dai malloredus, alla pasta con sugo in bianco di agnello. Meraviglioso stufato di asinello. Ottimi dolci.
Bella carta di vini.
Ottimi anche i vini al calice che ci sono stati serviti correttamente.
Ottimo.

Der Service ist super. Sehr aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Einfach nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort für einen netten Abend mit leckerem Essen.

Wir haben die Empfehlung eines Ortsansässigen für dieses Restaurant bekommen und waren hellauf begeistert.
Man sollte evt. vorher anrufen, da das Restaurant klein ist und selbst wir haben nur mit Glück einen Tisch bekommen.
Aber genau der kleine Raum mit Liebe zum Detail, macht das Restaurant zu etwas besonderem.
Wir waren begeistert vom Service, es gab eine Weinempfehlung und auch bei unserer Käseplatte als Vorspeise wurden uns die Sorten erklärt.
Leckeres Essen, sehr guter Service und wundervolles Ambiente.
Für meinen Hunger waren es etwas wenig . Culurgiones.
Aber bestellt man zum Beispiel die Käseplatte im Vorfeld, dann passt es perfekt.
Deshalb eine absolute Herzensempfehlung

I ordered a traditional meal with pork and local white wine - both were truly great and tasty, and the staff was very welcoming. Only the bread I received wasn't as high in quality as the other things I tasted, and the dish with pork would definitely need a side dish with it to make it complete.
The staff was very nice and professional and they always offer a local liqueur to guests before they leave. I would recommend the place!

La comida estaba buenísima, y de buena calidad. Fuimos a comer sin reserva y nos atendieron estupendamente.
La sorpresa vino cuando vimos el ticket, 4€ por una lata de coca cola pequeña!!! Una barbaridad!! No le puedo quitar mas estrellas por que la calidad era muy buena pero la verdad que nos sentimos bastante estafados.
Te cobran 6€ por persona sólo por sentarte a la mesa.
Comimos 2 entrantes, 2 segundos y un postre por 90€.

Posto perfetto per mangiare cucina sarda. Malloreddu buonissimi e così l'asino, la tartare e le polpette di carne. Bravi davvero. Se poi a ciò si aggiunge un servizio impeccabile per gentilezza ed efficienza, rcco le 5 stelle che io personalmente dò raramente, ma questo ristorante le merita tutte davvero.

Il servizio che vorrei sempre trovare quando non si è del luogo, qualcuno che ti sa consigliare invece di venderti per forza qualcosa…sono stati molto gentili e il cibo l’ho trovato eccezionale. I primi, gli antipasti e secondi veramente ottimi, materie prime di qualità. Complimenti, I malloreddus migliori in assoluto…

Ich war heute Abend mit einem Freund zum ersten Mal in Sa Domu Sarda. Wir wurden von allen Kellnern herzlich empfangen und sehr kompetent beraten. Da ich viele Lebensmittelunverträglichkeit habe, sind sie in der Vorbereitung des Gerichts auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Die Fregola mit Artischocken, Safran und Pecorino sardo war sehr köstlich.
Ein großer Lob geht an alle Mitarbeiter, die sehr professionell, freundlich und aufmerksam waren. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend in einem sehr angenehmem Ambiente verbracht. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Lugar tranquilo lejos del ruido y del turísteo…buena comida, carta de vinos y atención de primera. Me dieron un pequeño aperitivo gratis, muy bueno por cierto, el pan con aceite buenísimo, berenjenas y la pasta deliciosas… fui sola y fueron muy amables y atentos conmigo.

Cuisine sarde de très belle qualité. Service exemplaire.

Restaurant typiquement sarde. Il propose un menu dégustation avec plusieurs spécialités sardes. La cuisine est trop bonne et copieuse. Il faut absolument réserver en haute saison
