First time as a tourist in Prague and the experience was magnificent all around the city. We took the underground tour and we heard very exciting and interesting stories from past periods connected to the present by our very competent and pleasant tour guide Kvetoslava Navratilova ????????. Thank you so much for the educational tour, Kveta ????????

The staff at the information centre are knowledgeable and helpful. They deserve 5 stars. However, the Old Town walking tour needs revision. Over 20 minutes on how the clock works. Way too much detail on just 3 or 4 sites. Took other tours that were more informative and interesting.

Very helpful staff, gave us a lot of useful information. Our guide Magdalena was amazing, I really enjoyed our medieval tour.

Prag ist eine sehr schöne Stadt???? Abzockfalle!!!!!! Tagesticket 24 h Tram wenn nicht gestempelt zahlt man Strafe, sehr unfreundlicher Kontrolleur, ob Tourist oder nicht so was noch nicht erlebt und ich drück es mal harmlos aus, Unverschämt!!!!!!!!!

We bought a Prague City Pass (with the transport included) with my girlfriend and we had questions about how it worked in the buses and trams, and we were received very well, with additional informations about what we could do in Prague, especially with the pass.
They also advised us to go on one of their proposed Guided Tour. (They are free when you have the Prague City Pass).
We chose the old town city hall underground guides tour and also a tour of the old town with various info and we had a blast ! We had to leave early by 15 minutes and we were quite saddened because the tour was really interesting, you will learn a lot !

Did not see it because you had to pay to go around, which is not acceptable for a public street. It is probably charming but there are other streets in the city with the same flavor.

Tuvimos la fortuna de que nos atendiera Eva, una gran profesional, atenta, paciente, eficiente, amable y en un español perfecto. Nos ayudó en nuestra estancia en Praga en varias gestiones, siempre con inmejorable talante y actitud. Da gusto viajar al extranjero y encontrar personas de la talla profesional y personal de Eva.

Reservamos una excursión para 8 personas en español con viaje en autobús enseñándonos malastrana, visita del castillo, paseo en barco con comida incluida en el propio barco y la zona judía. Nos dijeron q estaríamos solos. El día de la excursión nos recogió el autobus y nos llevó a x la guía y nos querían meter con otro grupo con diferente idioma. No vimos malastrana, nos llevó directamente al castillo.
La guía nos decía q la excursion estaba contratada en inglés y la verdad q nos llevó todo el tiempo a la carrera y con explicaciones excuetisimas y con un castellano bastante básico. La excursión en barco, por supuesto no incluía la comida. nos llevó a comer a un restaurante en la ciudad. cuando le reclamamos todas estas cosas solo nos decia q eso era antes.q ahora se hacia así.
Por lo q nos sentimos bastante engañados. Lo q habiamos contratado no se parecía en nada a lo q nos habían indicado

Wir hatten den Prag Visitor Pass.
Waren mehrfach dort für Informationen. Wurden immer nett beraten. Von dort startete auch die Stadtführung. Haben eine deutsch geführte Tour gebucht. Die Dame war super freundlich und hat uns einige spannende Ecken gezeigt

Aménagé sur la place centrale , son personnel est agréable et surtout il possède des petits livrets en français sur les visites de différents quartiers , les cafés historiques , le quartier juifs ..... mais il faut demander.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans les centres d'information nationaux dans le centre de Prague. Nous avons été très bien conseillés, en plus avec le sourire, avec repères sur les plans ou sur l plan de métro ou de tram. Très bon aaccueil compétent et recherche sur informatique l'information demandée.

Au point d’information service de la ville de Prague qui se trouve juste à côté de l’horloge astronomique, on peut féliciter le dispatching des guides.
Pour une promenade d’une demi-journée, nous avons donc pris un guide professionnel tchèque parlant français qui nous a fait découvrir sa ville avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme qu’il nous a fait partager.
C’est certainement le meilleur endroit à Prague où on trouve de vrais guides qualifiés.
