Fabulous hotel nothing is too much trouble for staff. Cleaned everyday all complementary item replenished everyday. My room was very hot and I had trouble sleeping but when I mentioned this it was quickly sorted and they invited me to have Dinner on them for two. So cannot complain. Its 2 mins walk yo a big shopping mall 2 mins to metro. And lots of restaurants. This is a perfect location to access all areas by metro. I would definitely stay here again. The gym and sauna and swimming pool is a wonderful place to spend some time.

L’hôtel est super, le petit déjeuner surprend, et le service top. La piscine est un peu petite mais le spa est complet: Hamman, Sauna, Solarium.

ツアーで利用。旧市街からは離れているので地下鉄で移動の必要あり。ムゼウム駅や中央駅迄一本で出られます。

客室は4つ星とのことだったが、ドアのロックが壊れていて鍵がかからなかった。他にも開けられない人もいたようです。臆することなく交渉してください。部屋の交換を頼んだが応じられず、外出中に直しておくと言われました。スーツケースやカバンの鍵は必須です。

朝食は美味しいです。とても混雑するので時間に余裕をもって。

Les chambres (étages supérieurs) offrent un beau panorama sur Prague. L'inconvenient est qu'il faut prevoir du temps pour descendre et remonter aux heures du petit-déjeuner car il n'y a que 4 ascenseurs qui s'arretent quasiment à tous les étages.

Les chambres sont grandes et propres, neanmoins le débit de l'eau dans la salle de bain est un peu faible. La climatisation marche mal - assez bruyante et ne refroidit pas la chambre, donc obligation de garder la fenêtre entrouverte.

Le gros point négatif de cet hôtel sont les groupes de jeunes (15-17 ans) qui sont ligés un peut partout (quasiment tous les étages). L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas très bonne, donc quand à 1h30 du matin on est réveillé par un groupe de jeune qui chante dans les couloirs et reste parler pendant 30 min c'est un peu dommage. De même, si votre chambre se trouve à proximité des chambres occupées par les jeunes, les soirées festives vous y attendent... Le pesonnel fait de leur mieux, mais sans trop de succès. Si vous cherchez un hôtel où vous voulez passer une ou plusieurs nuits au calme, il vaut mieux passer votre chemin...

Suite a une erreur dans la préparation des chambres nous avons été transféré dans une nouvelle chambre, le personnel d'accueil très serviable a tout fait pour tout arranger au mieux et nous a offert deux verres pour s'excuser du dérangement causé.
Pourquoi une étoile pour le service donc ?
Car ce soir nous somme allé au bar prendre ces deux verres, qui une fois arrivé au comptoir n'étaient plus valables que pour les bières et les soft. Nous prenons donc une bière et un coca plus un gin tonic a côté. Au final un serveur très peu aimable nous aura fait payer en partant avant de nous appeler directement dans la chambre pour nous exiger un deuxième payement. Après être descendu pour comprendre la situation j'ai compris que j'étais face à une personne butée et j'ai préféré lâcher l'affaire au vue de la façon désagréable dont j'ai été accueilli. La prochaine fois je préférerai décliner un tel cadeau. Vraiment très désagréable et dommage vue l'amabilité du reste du personnel, ce séjour ce fini sur une note très amère et décevante.
Mon conseil donc: profitez du spa et de la salle de sport mais fuyez le bar au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez bien mieux et avenants en ville.

Zimmer sind ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt ein Fitnessbereich, der gut besucht war. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Massagen. Unsere wurde von erfahrenen Masseurinen professionell ausgeführt. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück gut und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Prostory hotelu jsou velmi příjemně ozdobené. Výtečný catering.

Meine Mutter war zuerst am Hotel und wollte für uns einchecken. Dort wurde ihr gesagt, dass wir (5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) nur ein Zimmer reserviert hätten. Meine Mutter Zeigte anschließend die Reservierung mit 3 gebuchten Zimmern. Nachdem auch das nichts brachte, musste sie mit dem Manager sprechen. Auch er sagte trotz schriftlicher Buchung, dass und jetzt 2 Zimmer zustehen. Nach weiterem Theater haben wir dann unsere 3 Zimmer bekommen.

Ich selbst bin nach 6 Stunden Autofahrt mit dem Auto angekommen und wurde begrüßt mit einer Standgebühr für das Auto von 20 € pro Nacht. Ich bin ins Parkhaus und die haben tatsächlich für 23 Stockwerken mit vielleicht 20 Zimmer nur 50 Parkplätze. Ein echtes Armutszeugnis. Leider waren die Parkplätze außen nicht besser. 3 Stunden Parken für 5 Euro. Einen freien Parkplatz gab es nicht. Uns wurde auf englisch und Tschechisch erklärt, dass wir mit dem Auto raus und nach links fahren sollen. Dort sei eine Hütte. Leider war dort überhaupt nichts. Ich habe 2 Km weiter weg geparkt und bin dann völlig fertig am Hotel angekommen.

Das Frühstück war okay, für 20 Euro/Tag aber echt teuer. Es gab keine Abwechslung und die Pfannkuchen Maschine war eher für den Privatgebrauch, als für 500 Gäste, die auch frühstücken wollten.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Bett gemütlich. Insgesamt macht das Hotel aber den Eindruck, als wäre vor 30 Jahren die Zeit stehen geblieben (sauber, aber altbacken).

Am ersten Abend waren wir in der Cocktail Bar und das würde ich lieber sein lassen, weil die Cocktails echt nicht gut waren

Am Eingang steht "Familienfreundlich. Ich würde mir wünschen. Dass zumindest das Schwimmbecken wenigstens eine Stunde am Tag für Kinder Reserviert ist. Wir waren mit den 4 Kindern alleine und 10 Minuten später kamen Betagte Damen, die sich Lauthals beschwert haben, dass Kinder Kinder sind.

Insgesamt war das Personal (außer dem Anfang) wirklich nett und es war für die Nacht gemütlich. Mehr habe ich auch nicht erwartet.

Even if the hotel dates from the early 80's, it is well maintained and feels much more recent. Good breakfast, close to conference and business centres, a major shopping mall and to the subway, reaching St. Wenceslas square in 10 minutes from the hotel door.
One thing that you would need to be wary of is the insufficient capacity of lifts, especially at breakfast time. The lifts reach floors 10 and below completely full when descending. If you are on a high floor, you will just be irritated that the lift stops at every floor without picking anyone up as it is already full; if you are in a low floor, you are better off taking the stairs. Avoid middle floors as you will be waiting for a lift with space for a very long time.

Krásný hotel se super personálem. Pokoje pěkné, čisté a celkem moderně vybavené. Wellness bohužel dost malinké na poměry hotelu. Doporučuji snídaně, bohatý výběr a velice chutné. Super umístění hotelu, hned vedle je OC Arkády Pankrác a pár kroků na zastávku metra i tramvaje.

Un hôtel correct qualité/prix mais nous ne lui aurons tout de même pas donné 4 étoiles car les chambres sont anciennes. Elles sont assez spacieuses mais beaucoup d’éléments sont trop vieux comme le sèche cheveux qui était totalement déboîté, l’évier qui était bouché, le pommeau de douche fuyait ainsi que la Clim qui ne fonctionnait presque pas nous avons donc dormis les fenêtres ouvertes. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, varié, et très bon ! L’emplacement est bien car il y a un centre commercial à 2min à pied et le métro C qui vous emmènera partout :) Tout cela ne nous a pas embêté au point de passer un mauvais séjour encore une fois pour le prix c’est correct ! On vous conseille d’aller à la piscine de 10h à 13h ou de 20h à 22h.

Our stay was great, but some details tarnished it a bit. First of all, it needs to be said that the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are many of them. When you enter the hotel, there is. Immediately a nice smell and the foyer is big, comfy and with cozy music. The swimming pool and spa at the top were included in our fare and were just lovely to start the day. The view was good and our room got flooded by sunlight every morning. The rooms had all the basic amenities, plus tea/coffee/water/shower gel/shampoo etc. However the lamp in the bathroom was very noisy, and the toilet was so low it might have been built for a child. It's also small and even for an "average" guy there was some uhhhh water danger. The prices at the hotel bar are ludicrously high for Prague. The breakfast is great, there is a lot of selection and plenty of everything. Staff will quickly fulfill and request. It wasn't too crowded while we were there. I can recommend it for a romantic stay in Prague for sure!

Hotel s krásnou vyhlídkou na Prahu. V nejvyšším patře si můžete dopřát saunu, zahrát svaly ve fitku nebo si zaplavat v bazenu a vyhrát ve vířivce. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Snídaně byla super od sladkého, slaného. Velký vybervpeviva, salámy, vajíčka.resvmlecne výrobky. Hned vedle centrum Arkády, kde je široký výběr obchodu a hned metro, kterým se dostane za pár minut do centra

A szálloda monumentális a maga 24 emeletével, bár látszik rajta egy kissé az idő vasfoga. A szoba amiben laktam kényelmes volt, jó volt a franciaágy és főleg, hogy egy matracból állt. Bár a fürdőszobában a wc alacsonyabb a megszokottól, és hiányoltam a 4* szolgáltásához képest a mini testápolót, sampont, és a kozmetikai zsebkendőt,
valamint a cipőkanalat. A reggeli és a vacsora bőséges választékot kínált, a hal azonban hiányzott a választékból, ennek kivételével bárki találhatott az izlésének megfelelő ételt. A város a szállodából könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a közelben található plázában lévő metróval. A nagy létszámú csoportokra a lift nem volt felkészülve, hosszú perceket kellett várni, mire a 4ből valamelyik megérkezett.

Szocreal stílus, kopott bútorok, wc mozog. Étteremben egyébként kedvesek, ételek íztelenek.
