Unfortunately, not as we expected. The receptionist didn’t book our private parking place as requested in the email conversation before and just said: „oh no it wasn’t booked and all full you have to find one outside or in the public parking“.. no apology or anything.
We asked for water for the room which seemed to be super complicated for the personnel from the reception as well and first thing the person said was „it’s once filled per day in your room, already finished?!?“ sorry but if i pay 250€ per night I can expect to get a fresh water.
Last one was the massage which was the worst ever, unmotivated massage therapist, stinky room and super pricy.
All in all we wouldn’t come again. Service is too bad for the price

Très contente d’avoir réservé dans cet hôtel.
Tout est parfait ! Olga de la réception à était souriante et serviable du premier jour jusqu’au dernier, une personne de confiance.
La chambre est propre, l’hôtel aussi.
Le spa est incroyable je vous le conseille vivement et le petit déjeuner est classique mais très très bon.
Je recommande !!
