There is no words to describe how perfect this hotel is. From the location, close to everything to the perfect breakfast. And the staff: each and everyone is super professional, kind and they go above and beyond to accommodate all your requests. I am GF and the pastry chef and Anastasia made by day by sending the most delicious GF muffins to our room. The monastery tour was wonderful, drinks were delicious and the library and church within the hotel are mind blowing.

We had an amazing time ! Warm welcoming by Alan at reception and the porter at the entrance of the Hotel. The Housekeeping Team was also outstanding, they handled turn down very quickly and efficiently. Bravo

If hotels get Michelin Stars, this one would get at least one. Near all. Restaurant and bar in hotel were both very good. It has a brewery, but only opened on certain days.

Great location and service. Luxurious building, very clean and calm. The room was big and very silent! Excellent breakfast.
Only negative : mattress and cover would need to be replaced.

飯店入口不太起眼，很容易就錯過。一進去之後驚為天人，飯店服務人員非常親切熱情，櫃檯和餐廳都很nice. 幸運升等到閣樓城堡景觀房，房間沒有很大，但窗外有很漂亮的城堡景色。飯店地點非常好，走路到城堡或是老城區都很近。迎賓啤酒和點心是我吃過最好吃的，飯店備品味道也都很棒，但想知道沐浴鹽的品牌，離開之後還是念念不忘那個味道。如果飯店看到留言的話，希望可以告訴我。
