Great hotel, near perfect food, friendly multilingual staff, comfortable rooms, clean facilities, great pools and multiple options for an enjoyable and fun-filled weekend getaway with the family.

However, our stay would’ve been perfect had it not been for the dangerously loud music blaring out of the concert-type speakers hanging right over the kids’ area ALL DAY LONG.

I must’ve overlooked that small detail when booking our stay, but I didn’t know the risk of hearing loss was included in the price.

Who on Earth needs such unbearable levels of music? And who thought it’d be a good idea to have dangerously loud music playing over the kids’ area or anywhere for that matter? Hasn’t anyone in the staff noticed? And if so, why haven’t they done anything about it? I can’t be the first one to complain about that, which more than likely means, the hotel and aqua palace staff knows about it but just don’t care.

Eher was für die Familie, ziemlich voll und laut da hauptsächlich Familien da sind , die Restaurants sind grausig und überteuert , das Zimmer ist okay und sauber , das Personal nett und der Badepark macht schon Spaß das mal meine Tag zu nutzen . Das Buffet is nur so lala für vegan oder vegetarisch nicht viel Auswahl. Alles in allem kann man das einmal machen aber reicht dann auch , gibt es für das Geld bessere.
Das beste ist die Umgebung mit dem Schloss und den Läden um das Hotel .

Úžasný hotel ???? Pokoje, personál, snídaně, večeře - vše naprosto dokonalé. Byli jsme ubytování s miminkem a opravdu ceníme dětskou kosmetiku v koupelně nebo například přesnídávku v minibaru. Určitě v budoucnu opět rádi dorazíme.
