One of the best hotels I have visited in prague the ambiance, location and the waiters were very friendly especially the receptionist at the front desk of the hotel is such a nice lady She deserves a raise tbh. Food is amazing coke was expensive ???? the cool thing is they have a table sized closed container where you can put your homeland currency i found it cool.

We tried the roof top restaurant, and it was a really nice experience, the food is really good, and service from Yan was enjoyable. The view is great, with a photo area for keeping great memories.

Estimado Director. Mañana iré al Hotel Prince de ustedes a pedir explicaciones y devolución de lo q quieran darme. No me parece q pedirme feedback para no tomar ninguna solución sea lo q se espera de un gerente u un hotel que ha estafado a un cliente. Espero de todo corazón q mañana cuando vaya me den una solución porque me parece indignante q solo por ser turista se aprovechen de nosotros
