Leider kann ich für dieses Hotel keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Ich hatte über Booking gebucht und ja, es hieß keine Umbuchung oder Erstattung möglich. Nun ist leider unsere Tochter in der Nacht vor unserer geplanten Anreise krank geworden und wir hatten versucht, die beiden Übernachtungen auf Kulanz des Hotels umzubuchen. Leider war das aber nicht möglich. Ich möchte hier niemanden schlecht machen und ja ich wusste auch über die Buchungsvorraussetzungen bescheid: - aber zukünftige Gäste sollten wissen, dass auch im Krankheitsfall leider keine Kulanz des Hotels zu erwarten ist. Wir finden es sehr schade und für unsere kranke Tochter ist es jetzt besonders schlimm, da sie das Gefühl hat, uns den Urlaub ruiniert zu haben. Bei einer Umbuchung wären alle glücklich gewesen. Sehr schade!

Ein unglaublich schönes und tolles kleines Hotel. Lage ist top. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 5. OG mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht über Prag und zur Burg. Zur Karlsbrücke und Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten allerdings den Berg runter und logischerweise irgendwann auch wieder hoch. Mit dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel hatten wir Glück. Allerdings für unbewacht und auf der Straße sind die veranschlagten 29€ schon recht heftig. Im Hotel gibt es 2 Fahrstuhl, der erste fährt in den 1. Stock, der 2 dann weiter bis unters Dach. Dazwischen sind allerdings einige Stufen zu nehmen, wie auch der Zugang zum Hotel, daher leider nicht Barrierefrei. Das Bett war auf einem Podest unter einer Schräge. Meine Eltern hätten hier nicht schlafen können. Für uns war es top. Das Frühstück war überschaubar.

The hotel is nice but overpriced for what it is. lf you are looking for a good night sleep 3 this is not the place for you. You can hear everything spoken in the hallway becomes frustrating. Even people walking in the room on top it is ridiculous. Some of the employees do not speak a word of English and in my opinion receptionists in this touristic area should speak some English. Using a translator is very frustrating.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il personale molto gentile e qualificato, disponibile per ogni richiesta del cliente. La posizione è favolosa sia per la mobilità nell'area turistica della città, sia per la tranquillità notturna che aiuta a riposare bene. Consigliato

Hotel położony jest w bliskiej odległości od Hradczanskiego Zamku oraz Mostu Karola. Pokój duży, przestronny. Naszj był z widokiem na zamek. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Śniadania urozmaicone. W hotelu dwie windy.

Great place to stay on a short holiday. Near prague castle and st charle's bridge. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Our room was spacious, clean and the view from the terrace was amazing! We can see the castle!!

Pobyt v tomto hotelu byl velmi příjemný. Vládne zde rodinná atmosféra. Pokoj byl útulný, čistý, uklizený, v moderním stylu zařízený. Na pokoji je mini lednice, nádobí na kávu + varná konvice, fén. Obsluha příjemná, snaživá, ale je tam jazyková bariéra, ale domluvíte se. Na začátku jsme zaplatili kauci ve výši 2000,- (hotově),kterou nám při odjezdu vrátili. Při platbě kartou Vám kauci vrátí do 3 prac. dnů. Tento postup jsme ještě na hotelích nezažili a trochu nás to zaskočilo, ale budiž. Snídaně byla dobrá, taková domácí (míchaná vejce, sýry, šunka, nějaká zelenina,grep a pomeranč, rohlíky, housky, croissant, lupínky,jogurty, mléka (byla tam nabídka i sójového a rýžového????) Snídaně byla taková základní a byla postupně doplňována. Bezprostřední výhoda je umístění hotelu, která je ihned pod pražským hradem a v centru města. Parkování doporučujeme v garážích u Prašné brány na 24h za 200 Kč, která je 1km vzdálená a pěšky tam zajdete za 12 min. Bližší parkování stojí od cca 800,- výše.

Určitě jsme zde nebyli naposledy a děkujeme za příjemný pobyt!

My girlfriend and I had booked to stay at this wonderful hotel just before the pandemic hit. Obviously we couldn’t visit, but the hotel honoured our booking 3 years later in 2023! We stayed at the Golden Wheel hotel and had a lovely time. Great service, nice breakfast, nice rooms with an authentic vibe, and friendly staff. The location is great too - up near the castle and out of the way of the overly-touristy Prague 1, but still within walking distance. Someone is at the door to let you in all night in case you want to go out and enjoy the nightlife. Fantastic experience and would return - perfect for couples and families I’d say. 5 ⭐️

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Hotel direkt unterhalb der Prager Burg. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt und wir haben uns auch direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war wundervoll mit Ausblick auf die Prager Burg, Holzdecke, modernes und sauberes Bad. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were stunning and the staff were friendly. Only issue is there was no WiFi in the rooms, they had designated “internet areas” with seats for you to be able to go there and use the WiFi which was alright but I do think that if you advertise having WiFi in the hotel, then it should work in the rooms.
