Super Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal.
Die Zimmer sind top so wie das gesamte Ambiente.
Ganz besonders möchte ich den Portier Bilal hervorheben. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein.

Návštěva restaurace naprosto famózní.Jídlo bylo luxusní, obsluha velmi příjemná, vstřícna, ochotná a dokonale popsány každý chod. Určitě se ještě vrátíme.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und tollem Innenhof. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Basierend auf diesen Punkten, konnten wir uns gut entspannen und die Tage in Prag sehr genießen. Vielen Dank!

The room we stayed in had some really bad sewer smell. Really didn’t notice the first night, had checked in late and was tired due to long flights and also the room was sprayed with strong cleaning products. Could not sleep, had stuffy and runny nose all night long. The next day got up and explored the city and came back to a really really bad smelling room. Told the front desk if they could see the reason and solve it while we had our evening walk. When we came back the front desk said it has been solved and we would no longer smell it. Again they sprayed with some really strong chemicals. The sewer smell persisted and got worse, so had to change the room in the middle of the night into a much smaller room.
The air quality was much better in that tiny room facing the courtyard.
The peacocks are cute little addition, the yard is OK, looks great on the pictures.
