Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. This hotel was a letdown from the get-go. Rude reception by Alexandra set the tone for the stay. Communication with the cleaning staff was impossible, making simple requests a challenge. The spa was laughable, left unattended with broken tiles – far from relaxing. And the room? A smelly, unwelcoming space. Total tourist trap. Steer clear!"

Great location but MEDIOCRE service. This hotel has nothing of a 5 star hotel. The concierge did not assist us as we would have wished and was very nonchalant. We asked her a question in the evening and she proceeded to tell us “her shift was ending in 10 minutes” and never provided us with the service we requested. She also did not make any effort to accommodate us in any way. We were very surprised to find out that there wasn’t a concierge available 24h.
Service was extremely slow.
Moreover, the spa front desk didn’t have anyone to assist us.
No late check out available in the most expensive hotel of Prague ?????
Do yourself a favor and book Four Seasons or Mandarin for cheaper than this.

Staying at the Grand Mark is the best decision you can make when visiting Prague. Everything is considered and perfected, from the personalized attention to detail to the amenities. The door staff are thoughtful, caring and helpful, and reception and concierge services were top notch. The rooms are large and comfortable, and personalized to your stay. The restaurant is charming, with Beard/Michelin level food and attentive staff. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, 10/10 no notes.

If you go to Prague, trust me, stay at this hotel! We were guests in this beautiful hotel from March 23-25, 2024 and had a Grand Suite Room on the 4th floor. From the moment we walked in the door and heard the piano playing from the beautiful lounge area just adjacent to the front desk, to the time we walked into our Suite the stay at this hotel was without flaw! The hotel is centrally located, only a few steps away from the magnificent Old town with with countless shops, restaurants, museums and art to explore.

We were lucky to visit the splendid State Opera and experienced a performance of the Opera "Tosca" - a must when you are in Prague!

We especially want to thank the helpful and welcoming reception staff, especially Concierge Bilel!! He assisted us with finding our way and pointing out sightseeing spots. Always SINCERELY friendly and helpful!! See his photo attached. Be sure to look him up!!
A big thank you also to the professional and friendly staff at their Spa - we enjoyed very relaxing massages and recommend it highly.

The breakfast buffet was a delight - the choices of tasty and high quality food were countless. The restaurant staff welcoming and the service superb!

We highly recommend the Grand Mark and are looking forward to visiting in the near future.
