2 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber mit der Straßenbahn schnell zu erreichen. Die fährt vor der Tür ab. Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr feundlich. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Hunde und Kinder sind willkommen.

super nice hotel that is actually dog friendly and does not only "charge" a fee. The hotel was packed with people and a lot of them had a dog.
You can play billiard and kicker for free which is a nice thing in the evening! Staff is friendly!

This was my first stay in Prague with ALL Accor. Hotel environment, bar with restaurant are very nice and friendly. Bed in room was just amazing and I did not wanted to wake up. I was not satisfied only with a front desk, in 4 star hotel I expect more from the hotel crew... But I hope, next time it will be better.

The XXL room is really great and big for a familly of 3. We enjoyed the lovely view and great art deco style of the room!
Breakfast is fantastic you have a great choice of food and fresh jnapple and orange juices.
The only little thing to be improved is the reception staff attitude - even if they are 3-4 on the reception, they seems do not want to engage with you for a check-in or check-out. When I asked, I was told to go to a colleague of them (a trainee) that did a great job. Nevetheless, the attitude of the staff is a little bit disaponting.
