Ostatnio razem z partnerem mieliśmy przyjemność zatrzymać się w hotelu o idealnej lokalizacji i niepowtarzalnym wnętrzu. Nasz pobyt stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy dzięki bezpłatnej aktualizacji naszego pokoju, która zapewniła nam piękny widok na rzekę. Chciałbym wyrazić szczególną wdzięczność dla Aliny, nie tylko za jej efektywną i przyjazną pomoc przy wymeldowaniu, ale także za rekomendowanie wielu znakomitych restauracji w okolicy hotelu. Jej wskazówki sprawiły, że nasze kulinarne doświadczenia były równie niezapomniane co pobyt. Ten hotel wyróżnia się przytulną atmosferą i jest doskonałym wyborem dla osób szukających komfortu i pierwszorzędnych usług. Serdecznie polecam!

I spent 3 nights in this hotel in late March of 2024, while part of the hotel was under renovation. Entrance to the hotel was from another site of the building than their address stated with very poor signs leading to the working entrance and no priori information about the change. The temporary Entrance require guest to ring a doorbell each time they want to get inside (no option to open with your room key card), which would have been find, but the lock on the door is rusty and it's very hard to open, often I had to ring multiple times before the whole thing worked. This was frustrating.
The room was nice and clean, but the only window led to the glass covered corridor, so you could have either privacy or access to natural light. Please see the attached picture. Moreover, there is no wardrobe in the room, and nearly all cupboards are already occupied by a mini fridge, etc. Aside from small desk and coat hangers by the door, there was no room to put away your things. Room service was nice and efficient, and you could request it at a specific time if needed.
The hotel doesn't serve any food. There was a mini bat in the room.
I would discourage you from ordering a taxi through the hotel, because the service their offer is very pricy. I paid 600 KCR for a taxi ride to the train station that took 10 min.
Great location, right by Charls Bridge, both the Old Town and the Palac within a walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here three nights, and are surprised at how high this hotel’s reviews are. The renovated rooms are nice, and the location is great.

However, there are noise issues with the hotel that kept us up all three nights. All the doors to the hotel loudly bang and reverberate through the rooms, and voices are loud and carry easily. We were both awoken every 30-60 minutes throughout the nights, and the front desk was unhelpful when we raised this.

There are a lot of other beautiful and well-priced hotels in Prague - we wouldn’t recommend choosing this one that will impact your sleep.
