We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location, we'll absolutely consider choosing this hotel if visiting Prague again.

Idéalement placé au centre de Prague tout peu se faire à pied et de plus disposé d’un garage si vous venez en voiture

是布拉格絕佳的住宿地點，在鬧區四通八達，不管是逛街或超市、餐廳、車站都非常方便，有浴缸，冰箱裡面准備的飲品很多都是要付費的????

You won’t feel welcome in this 5 star hotel which is indeed disappointed, especially when you were in a on-line meeting but still didn’t forget to call reception asking for max 30 min. extension of the checkout, but the answer is ‘No!’
I won’t judge since it is the hotel policy but you know the feeling.
However the food in the restaurant are quite ok, and the staff there are professional.
Anyway, won’t come again and actually quite a lot good options in Prague.
