After just staying at a 5-star hotel in Vienna, I expected better quality rooms than what were provided at the NH Carlo. I was so excited for this stay but I was very disappointed upom seeing the rooms. As others have mentioned, it is beautiful from the outside but the room pictures posted online are quite misleading. The standard room was extremely small - leaving barely any walking space when you have two occupants + suitcases. Additionally, the lack of window length left you feeling like you were staying in an attic or prison cell equivalent room - neither of which is what I had hoped for when I paid as much as I did. I definitely don’t plan to stay here again the next time I visit Prague. This hotel isn’t worth the inflated cost. I gave 3 stars because the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating.

Hôtel très beau et confortable. La nourriture était digne d’un cinq étoiles. Le spa est incroyable. La piscine est grande et il faut réserver à l’avance cela permet de ne pas avoir une grande affluence au spa. La chambre est grande et le lit très très grand. Dans la chambre il y a une machine à café et du thé. La baignoire est XXL on peut y baigner à deux. Le service est impeccable. Deux télés avec lesquelles on peut partager son écran. Je reviendrai volontiers. L’hôtel est à 5 min de la gare. Et est au centre ville.

This is NOT a 5 star. The architecture looks great, everything else about the hotel was underwhelming. The rooms weren’t well maintained and very dusty. The size of the rooms and configuration also added to the feeling the hotel was inappropriately classified. I wish I spent my time better as there are many great options in the area and the prices are much higher at the property than other true 5 stars in the area. I basically didn't get to sleep for an added three hours because of the room condition and sub par service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to assist. Despite encountering an unpleasant surprise - a used condom in the trash upon arrival, the staff promptly addressed the issue and cleaned the room. We appreciated that our two dogs were warmly welcomed at the hotel. However, while the common areas of the hotel are stunning and lavish, the room we stayed in was small and ordinary. The shower had low water pressure, and despite the room being warm, the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the space. On a positive note, the breakfast provided was exceptional. Overall, considering the price charged by this hotel, we expected a more pleasant and slightly larger room.

By far one of the best NH hotels I have frequented.
We took a girls trip from the 16.02-18.02.2024 and my friends were impressed. I work for the brand so I felt proud to know that we did not disappoint when it came to customer satisfaction and experience.
Thanks to Martin, the ladies at the front desk,the guest relations manager who paid attention to details and the entire service team up to wellness.
