Fantastic hotel, beautiful rooms great breakfast.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Very rude woman in reception.
Very big problem with warm water it's not enough for everyone it's like a jail rules only the first person have a water to make shower.
You need to wait till 23.00 to make a shower and.
In 2 days nothing they don't make to fix the problem.
Guys better choice something another because they using the reservation and later don't care about costumers just keep you like a stupid to wait and without result. To much noise from outside and it's difficult to sleep till 03.00.
I hope this comment to see inspection for hotels and give them big ticket for this kind of discomfort to visitors.
I have proof about my words for someone who don't believe it.

the location is super. this is the center. All major iconic places are nearby. the hotel is in an old building, but well maintained. minus one star that there is no elevator and it was not easy to carry a heavy suitcase.
