Séjour passé en décembre dans cet établissement avec un bébé: pas de chauffage (15 degrés dans la chambre la nuit), rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides “en travaux” (je ne demande encore s’il existe), chambre non conforme aux photos lors de la réservation, pas de nettoyage de la chambre lors du séjour (y compris poubelles non vidées), localisation au bord d’une rocade, très bruyant de jour comme de nuit. Personnel serviable ceci dit mais je ne recommande pas au global.

"Un personnel merveilleux et serviable, une chambre très confortable, belle et spacieuse, une bonne connexion Internet, un petit déjeuner très varié et une salle de bain avec toutes les spécifications, c'était un séjour vraiment génial."

J'ai apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel. Tout était propre et tout le personnel était serviable.
Shams, le réceptionniste, était très serviable et amical. Je reviendrai certainement à l'hôtel.

J'ai eu une expérience formidable, tous les membres du personnel étaient amicaux et professionnels. Il va sans dire que je reviendrai bientôt pour profiter de la merveilleuse hospitalité qui m'a été offerte.

Un très beau séjour, tout est bien rangé et propre, le service est excellent, et la proximité des pyramides et du Grand Musée a augmenté le plaisir. Le petit déjeuner sur le toit face aux pyramides est génial et à couper le souffle.

الاسعار و المكيفات هي الي تشفع له اما الباقي ❌
جلست خمس ايام وصوات السيارات الي برا كانها داخل الفندق مافيه عزل ، الشقه ينقصها النظافه الارض كانت وصخه ما تنظفت زين والحمامات صغيره والمويه حاره مافيه بارد والكرسي مكسور ، الاثاث قديم يحتاج تجديد كاني جايه من عام 1990 ، و قدام الفندق فيه حفريات ومسدود الطريق ، الاصنصير متهالك ، قايلين فيه بوفيه مفتوح ولا شفته .

Absolute gorgeous apartments, very close to the pyramids.Super spacious, stylish and clean. Enough room to not only do a yoga clsss but even teach a class if you move furniture around!
Big surpise was the washing machine in the apartment which obviously is a welcome joy when travelling in any hot country.
Also the rooftop is incredible for any kind of movement classes and has you eye to eye witg the pyramids. Perfect for meditations or parties!
Breakfast prepped by the lovely Shams was sooo yummy while Sayed at reception was super helpful, accomodating, always in good spirits with his jokes and big smile.

الفندق جميل والموظفين اجمل ومتعاونين والشقه واسعه ومتكامله من جميع الخدمات ولكن الغريب ان كل شقه تختلف عن الثانيه من ناحية التصميم والاثاث ومستوى النظافه بعض الشقق ،بعض الشقق الحمام داخل الغرفه وبعضها خارج الغرفه تقريبا كل شقه فيها ثلاث حمامات ووجود شطافات يفضل ان ترى الشقه قبل الحجز ،يلاحظ ان بعض المغاسل عاليه لاتستطيع الوضوء فيها ،للأسف وافقنا عمل صيانه في الفندق كانت اصوات الدريلات وخلافه مسموعه والماء يغلق ويفتح موقع الفندق قريب من الاهرامات والقهاوي الروف اطلالته جميله الافطار متواضع جدا جدا ،اصوات السيارات والشارع مستمره لمن يبحث عن الهدوء التام , موقع الفندق قريب من شارع فيصل وشارع الهرم يوجد محلات سوبر ماركت وكارفور مصغر انا ذهبت له على الاقدام ولمن يرغب الذهاب يستعمل اوبر لايمكن ان يتعدى المشوار له ب ١٥ او ١٠ جنيه يوجد كشكات قريبه جدا للحاجات الخفيفه التدخين داخل الفندق ممنوع ولكن يمكن التدخين في البلكونه او خارج الفندق ،دخول ضيوف الليل ممنوع ، بعض الشقق حماماتها تحتاج صيانه ، الشهاده لله سوف احجز لديهم مجددا
