SAVOY RESORT & SPA ^{* * * *}

Nice hotel and comfortable room but for the price employees really aught to get a crash course in basic customer support. Oliwia from the front desk in Particular. We were left waiting 1 hour for our room despite arriving after the checkin time and same happened upon departure, where they left us at the desk for 20 mins so they can check the room for damages. Also felt the area of beau Vallon in general has an off vibe compared to other parts of the island. Wouldn’t recommend

Gecko bar is calm and peaceful. Janith, the bartender, makes really good drinks ( Apple aqua & Gecko Daiquiri )that add to the relaxed vibe. It's a nice and chill place to hang out.

Only one word to describe paradise.

Very nice hotel in a great location on the beach. The room was a good size and well equipped with a spacious balcony. The only downside was the restaurant, which offered a limited choice of Western food, and the quality was a little hit and miss. The restaurant staff were far too eager to take your finished items from the table the second you looked like you were finished. The staff also started clearing up the restaurant far too early and very loudly, while many diners were still trying to enjoy their food. There is clearly pressure from the managers and/or owners to do this, and the staff seem to live in fear if they stand still for more than a few minutes?!! Our room was on an upper floor, which luckily was served by 2 elevators. 1 of the elevators was out of service constantly, with nobody seeming to care. This hotel was quite expensive for the stay and expensive to buy drinks from the bar. So, for these reasons, I have scored it low on service. I would not bother going back.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is amazing with a lot of amenities and facilities. Big kudos to Abdelfettah for all the help.
