PS : très travaux de rénovation dans l'hôtel , c'est une affiche qui m'a informé de ce détail . Oui détail car pas de bruit dans la journée.... MERCI

Hotel en réfection, nouvelle chambres très agréables, et bien insonorisées.
Personnel très gentils et attentionné.
Petit déjeuner sans plus, le salé laisse un peu à désirer.

Super hôtel , bon accueil

I spent 5 weeks at Novotel. Practically everything went wrong.

First, my dishwasher didn't work at all. It was a renovated room, so it was likely the circuit breaker that needed to be reset. They took almost 2 weeks to do this.
My bed sheets had been changed only 1 time after 4 weeks and 3 days, because I complained about it.
The room temperature is technically changeable, but even if I deactivate it or put it at 30 degree, the room temperature never moved. On the other hand, my colleague, who had the same problem, had room temperature too hot.
My colleague, who stayed the same amount of time as me, had no access to the internet on his TV. They complained every week but they never got it.
My card to access my room got unactivated 3 times. I had to ask a new one each time.
One day, a technician had to invert the opening direction of the bathroom door :
-They never asked me when they could do it
-No calling card to tell me what they did
-They leave some sawdust on my sock that where on the closet next to the door
- They even leave some sharp metal shaving on the carpet. I stepped on it and hurt myself.
-They even let the window open. It was the first floor, it's literally an open door to stealers.
The five previous points happened on one single work.
The microwave was disgustingly dirty.
Some of the receptionists were ok, others were unprofessional and rude.
The rooms are technically soundproof, but you can hear everything coming from the corridor and vice-versa. You can also hear people taking showers from the ventilation.
My colleague also had some insects invading bathrooms and closets.

It's obvious, but avoid this hotel
