Barbara and Sandra helped me at the front desk and they were AMAZING! Very sweet and helpful. Definitely made my trip.

Please read this message. They are going to rob you at this hotel, they are going to charge you a deposit and tell you that they will return it when you check out. But it's not like that. They don't return anything. They say the hotel changed owners. please don't stay here. They are going to rob you. They are also super rude when you call to ask for your refund. It's a shame that this happened to me on my vacation in Miami.

I called this property right now and the "Front Desk" agent transferred me to "reservations", then after some wait a guy answered my call he sounded like talking from a call center, he stated that he didn't have any rooms available but he would check in the properties around? I asked if he had other dates for next month and he said no, and insisted that he would check the availability in other properties around, I work as a front desk agent too and I mentioned to him that it was a little weird for him to be insisting in looking for other properties since he stated he worked at the front desk for this specific hotel, we usually don't do that, and he tried to insist again, I said "It's ok, I can look myself online" he said "no! you don't need to do it, I can look for you!??? Really suspicious, I think this is a trap hotel trying to take money from people by scamming them through the phone call reservations. A hotel for $50 in the middle of many for $200+, anyway, be aware guys.

Bathroom light didn't work it was lit by hair dryer light, daughter money was stuck in vending machine (pay with card) and desk clerk after several hours only paid half back. Two rooms and each smelled moldy. Not worth the price they charge you to stay.

Staff could use training on interpersonal communication. They come off cold and unfriendly. A good morning can't cost that much :/ Room was clean and styled nice. The staff behavior was the biggest turn off. And what made a otherwise 5star review a 3.

A 1950's era motel, now operating under the Wyndham/Travelodge brand. The rooms are small, but clean and well furnished. The property is very well maintained. A terrific Miami location, minutes to downtown and South Beach. A great value considering the price and other nearby options.

Szállodával nem voltunk megelégedve több okból kifolyólag. Nem voltak rugalmasak, segítőkészek, szobákat nem takarították. A kauciót lehúzzák az emberről, Adi nevű recepciós megengedte hogy lehet dohányozni a szabad belső részben a másik recepciós meg ebbe belekötve, nem adta vissza a 150$ kauciót. 11 órai távozásunk után sem biztosítottak csomagszobát, a motel területén sem tartózkodhattunk. Ilyen dolgot még nem tapasztaltunk egyik szállodánál sem. Este jött volna értünk a transzfer de azt sem várhattuk ott meg. A fönőknő is elutasító volt. 30 fok melegben kellett kint várakoznunk, este 19:45 h kor indult a repülőnk.

Clean hotel/motel and considerate people. Not the 5 star hotel with the bells and whistles, but if you need an affordable, safe, cool, and comfortable stay this will do. Katherine, the maintainer of the space is meticulous and warm ... leave her some money. Ani, Frederick, and John Lennon, Jr. (you'll understand once you meet him) are all good host. What looked like a hole in the wall was a blessing in disguise! ????????????
