Localization is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Disadvantage - no parking available.

Estuvimos con mi esposo en agosto
Excelente precio servicio. Te dan gratis reposeras y toallas para la playa( que está cruzando la calle ). Personal de recepción muyyy amable y hablan español. No me faltó nada en la habitación y si te falta lo pedis en recepción y te lo dan muy amablemente. Hay café en la habitación, heladera, plancha y tabla en la habitación. La pileta siempre limpia y toallas a disposición .En la recepción hay máquina de hielo y agua fresca. Cama king muy cómoda, en el baño había hasta toallas desmaquillantes
Volveríamos. Gracias .

I was there last year in November and I have to say when I read the feedback, I thought I made a mistake booking with them,
But the services provided by the hotel was amazing, the room was perfect and very clean. The place was very central to everything, I don’t doubt to recommend the RED SOUTH BEACH HOTEL. The reason why I came back to leave a feedback is because I am trying to book with them for December. I see you soon RED SOUTH BEACH.

Un papelón, te cierran el hotel por “refacción” y no se hacen cargo del traslado y se desligan totalmente de su responsabilidad, una estrella es mucho, la falta de respeto, compromiso y profesionalidad es impresionante. Diciamo che do una stella perche' di meno non si puo'. Hotel sporco, camere vecchie e rumorosissime. Servizio pessimo, un hotel da evitare a tutti i costi. Il receptionist notturno scostumato ed arrogante ci ha fatto vivere durante il check notturno un film Horror.
L'acqua calda usciva molto lentamente, 25 dollari di tasse e manco una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

This is a good hotel at the South Beach of Miami. 2mins walk and you're at the beach. They do offer 2 free chairs at the beach. They also give free towels for the beach.
Only reason why I gave 3 to the room is because the lights of my room were not working and there was no hot water in shower. I did complain about the lights but no one came to fix it. Secondly, I had booked a pool facing room, I got a road facing room@718.

it wasn’t that bad, it was a place to stay. a little far from south beach but you can walk there in about a half hour or pay $10 for an uber. you can also walk down the beach which is a nice walk. the hotel itself was nothing special. not a huge fan of the red design theme. i only give the service three stars because one front desk employee was very kind and helpful. aside from maybe one other, they were alright at best. our first room we got, there were already people staying there after we opened the door so we had to get a new room. the rooms themselves were definitely nothing special, but if you aren’t planning on being in your room often since you’re in miami, it suffices as a place to stay. could’ve been worse, but definitely could’ve been better

Das einzige was dieses Hotel besonders macht, ist die Lage und der Pool.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer bei dem man nicht mal die Fenster aufmachen konnten. Am Abend wimmelte es im ganzen Zimmer voller Ameisen. Ekelhaft! Selbst in dem Koffer zwischen der Kleidung. Wir mussten alles abschütteln. An der Rezeption war das Problem aber bekannt. Trotz des Wissens, hatten sie uns mit Kind in dieses abscheuliche Zimmer geschickt. Zum Glück haben wir am gleichen Abend ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Waren auch nur eine Nacht da.

3 Sterne Hotel? Eher unfassbare Zustände! Klima laut und so gut wie keine Funktion. Roomservice kompletter Ausfall! 1 Woche ohne frische Handtücher!!! Abbruch und anderes Hotel am Ocean Drive genommen. Katastrophale Zimmer mit maroden Möbeln. Pool verschmutzt und trübes Wasser - wie Seaquarium. Nie wieder! Ekelhaft.
