I love this place very much. It is really peaceful. It doesn't have a good pool ,it has a great pool. It's beach is very nice.the waves are really slow and nice.

Don’t go to this hotel! Their Valet service is a scam ! They charge you so much and expect you to call 45 mins before you want your car and when you try to call them they dont pick up.

They dont have any microwave nor in the room or in the hotel. Their service is very poor.
They also charged us lot of resort fee or extra charges later our checkout which we have no idea. When we try to callthem they dont pick the call. Anytime..

They keep your car where there are so many cockroaches and mosquitos reside and ask you to go and pick up urself . We met three different people at reception. No one was friendly to help in any situation.

Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Staff is helpful, and responsive. I asked for more coffee pods for my room and they came up with a bag full within 10 minutes. Lunch at Bar Collins was delicious. If I go back to Miami Beach will make sure to stay at this property.

Poolside drinks very slow. Certain area you were told to wait by to have a beverage delivered.
No bike parking. Transportation/baggage guys took care of me.
