Entramos por casualidad porque no encontrábamos sitio en otros lugares. Dudábamos porque estaba vacío y en realidad preferíamos una trattoria y no un lugar de estilo modernoso como este. Pero a los fines de evaluar la comida, estaba excelente. Pasta cacio e pepe . pasta amatriciana, ambas buenísimas. Precios como en el resto de Roma.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant for lunch. For starters, the waiter was overly pushy, smoking and not presented well. They were checking out every girl that walked past. I had a caprese salad. The salad was browning and wilting and the tomato/mozerella was not enough. They were really impolite when I paid the bill and had no interest in asking how our food was (even though we were the only 2 in the restaurant). Really, really terrible.

My girlfriend and I arrived at 6 pm for an aperitivo. We were the only two clients.

CLEANLINESS: the table was sticky, the utensils were dirty and there were footprint on my chair.

VEGETARIAN ORDER: After specifying that we are vegetarian, the waiter tells us they can replace the deli meat with a wider array of cheese. Instead they bring us a tray full of deli meat and literally three microscopic pieces of only one type of cheese. Screwing up the order like this is not acceptable, especially since we were the only two clients at the moment and the waiter couldn't possibly get confused.

DRINKS: We also ordered a pineapple juice and they brought us something that we could not drink because of how dense and sweet it was. I asked to see the pineapple juice carton and they showed me an empty one. It was obvious that they did not have enough juice for the both of us and they mixed the remaining juice in the carton with pineapple syrup.

Il posto era sudicio, tavoli appiccicosi, posate luride e impronte di scarpe sulla mia sedia. Sono arrivato alle 6 pm con la mia ragazza per un aperitivo ed eravamo gli unici due clienti. Dopo aver precisato che siamo vegetariani ci portano un vassoio pieno di salumi e i succhi di frutta piu' disgustosi che abbia mai assaggiato. Era evidente che fossero composti dallo sciroppo di ananas che usano nei cocktail. Un servizio pietoso che mi fa vergognare di essere italiano e di come trattano i poveri turisti malcapitati.

The cacio e pepe is fantastic, one of the best things I tasted in Italy.
