We dove headfirst into their signature Spaghetti Carbonara – and let me tell you, it was pure creamy, cheesy heaven. The Ravioli Pomodoro were plump pockets of sunshine, bursting with fresh tomato flavour. Every bite was a reminder that sometimes, simple is simply better.
The service was friendly and prompt, and the lively atmosphere felt like stepping into a family gathering (albeit a slightly louder one!). Plus, the prices are super reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients.

Con moglie e figlio, ci rechiamo alle 11.30 per confermare il tavolo, tutto ok per le 13:00... precisi arriviamo, ci fanno accomodare nella saletta interna (molto naif, particolare ma ambiente piacevole) mettendo a tavola i menù e facendo arrivare subito acqua, con la simpatia del cameriere che ci ha seguiti fino alla fine...
Ampia scelta di piatti, di estrazione tradizionale romana e nazionale: scelgo il piatto della casa "tonnarelli alla ciociara" (piselli, funghi e guanciale, in bianco), moglie con tagliatelle fresche carciofi e guanciale, figlio con tagliatelle al ragù = servizio celere, razioni abbondanti e buona qualità...
A seguire, saltimbocca alla romana x2, puntarelle per me, patate al forno al figlio e mia moglie un "semplice" carciofo alla romana (quelli da cucincare in bella mostra nell'ordinato frigo in sala)...
1/4 di vino, acqua, dessert e caffè a finire, mentre nel locale assistiamo a continui ingressi ed uscite dei tantissimi clienti, molti dei quali capiamo affezionati al locale sicuramente per i motivi qui elencati...
CONFERMO che le recensioni sono veritiere, in precedenza ci sono stati amici e un altro figlio, e tutti hanno testimoniato la qualità del locale... da ritornarci sicuramente, il sig. Gino ha fatto un ottimo lavoro ed il figlio (presente in sala) continua nel solco tracciato!
