Fuimos a parar a Cecilia Santa Cucina de casualidad paseando por el Trastevere. La carta del restaurante ya te anticipa que los platos son de alta calidad. No es la típica carta que encuentras en muchos restaurantes de Roma. Aún así pedimos rigatoni carbonara...pero también maiale, tartar sobre una alcachofa crujiente y rissoto de anguila... todo increíble. El postre no nos dejó indiferentes, pues no era el típico tiramisú sino una brutal optimización! Nos encantó la autenticidad y el buen producto! Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a Roma!

Waanzinnig gegeten! Heerlijke wijn, prachtige én lekkere gerechten en de sfeer is erg gemoedelijk. Ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam personeel ook. Michelin waardig!
