My wife and I have been in Rome for a month, and this restaurant is one of the two best we’ve been to of probably 40+ restaurants. We just are here for a second time, and it confirmed the superiority of the dining experience. Everything is just a notch or two better than even the other good Roman restaurants. Wine list and recommendations are excellent, and the care with which the food is prepared is exceptional. I had veal ala Romana the first time and spaghetti with lobster the second tine and both dishes were exceptional. My wife (vegetarian) had the same Gorgonzola walnut sauce both times, once in risotto and tonight on homemade gnocchi. All excellent. Best version of an artichoke romana we’ve had in Rome.

Brick-walled restaurant with an industrial feel that serves elevated Roman cuisine with very high quality ingredients and great attention to detail. And the service is attentive and knowledgeable --> a memorable dining experience.

My primi, a daily special of tagliolini (ribbon pasta) in a cream and white truffle sauce that was earthy and rich, phenomenal!

Then my secondi was on the regular menu - a pancetta wrapped hunk of veal in a rich demi-glace with herbed millefeuille potato (Sage? Tarragon?). The steak was cooked medium-well, and the surrounding pancetta was thin and crispy. Delicious.

Quick call out for the bread that came to mop up the remaining sauce on both courses, crispy crust and pillowy inside...

Strongly recommended.

Dalu’ è uno di quei ristoranti che ti fa sentire a casa.
Quello che mi ha colpito e’ la cura del dettaglio e l’atmosfera magica che lo circonda.
I piatti sono veramente eccezionali, e lo staff è gentile ed attento!

Beautiful restaurant in Trastevere. We enjoyed a very nice family dinner with a perfect service. The food was of very high and self made quality - gluten free was no problem at all. Very nice wine recommendations.

Was recommended by the hotel concierge. Read some negative reviews on trip advisor and became skeptical. Turned out to be awesome. Is the best meal that we have had in Rome on this trip.

Consiglio dalù perché si mangia bene e le materie prime sono di qualità. I suoi piatti sono ricercati ma sapientemente legati alla tradizione della cucina italiana. Si respira una piacevole atmosfera… La Sig.ra Luana e il suo staff sono molto cordiali, ospitali e professionali.

Wow, wow, wow. Where do I start, fantastic service from both the sommelier and from the waiter Max. Made us free so welcome and friendly chat about the UK. Wine suggestion was on point after saying what type of wine we preferred. We have the cous cous stuffed squid and Mushroom and chestnut soup to start, followed by the pork belly and the *SPECIAL* T-bone steak. The steak was the best I’ve ever had, crispy outer sprinkling of salt and rare in the middle but still piping hot!
100% recommend nothing to say bad about this place.

El sitio es bonito y tranquilo pero muy caro para la gran oferta que hay en Roma.
Un plato de pasta para compartir y unos calamares, con una cocacola y una cerveza y la cuenta fue de 99€.
Además nos cobraron el servicio y un agua que ni habiamos pedido.

OMG - what a find!! We simply googled restaurants near us while sightseeing and were directed to this place. We quickly ordered the autumn tasting menu with paired wines. What to say, we have eaten all over the world, and had some fabulous meals…which this one we’ll add. Porcini and chestnut soup with Prosecco, pumpkin ravioli with a Pinot Grigio, papardelle with boar ragout, Guinea foul with parsnip purée and pomegranite sauce - plus desserts - each plate was presented beautifully and all were complex and absolutely delicious. The wines were the perfect complement. Could not recommend more !!!

We are still here going on. The 4th course of our 6 course meal. The mushroom soup was fabulous. The pumpkin ravioli was even better and the parpadelle with bore was almost perfect. We have been in Italy for several days and have had some decent meals, but this was a nearly divine meal. This is an update. We finished our meal and everything was consistently great. We have eaten at Michelin starred restaurants. Let me just say that this place kicks their a**.
